Hallo.
Have ordered vacuum bags from dust deal.se, the process went fine and they send it. Got a shock though when I got a letter about paying taxes for my product. It didn’t say when I bought, that I came from outside Europe, and that you needed to pay taxes. So refused to pay the taxes, and in the letter it said that they would send it back if I didn’t pay in April.
Okay then I write your customer service, about if you got the package back, and I can get a refund. They tell me that they haven’t received it back, and if I have any papers that it have been rejected, which ofc. I don’t, because the customer don’t get send papers, when the package get send back. Still waiting for my money back.

Räkna med lååång leveranstid samt att betala tullavgifter, eftersom varorna skickas från ett land utanför EU. Något som du givetvis inte förväntar dig när hemsidan är på svenska och inget om detta nämns i orderprocessen. Det är gömt bland det finstilta.
