Very disappointing experience. Total scam
When I first called this company, I asked for a deep cleaning. The owner told me that based on what I wanted done, I actually needed the next level up, which she called a detailed cleaning. I agreed and paid $1,200, expecting a professional and thorough service.
What I received instead was a surface-level cleaning that did not match what was described or promised. The kitchen cabinets were not wiped down. The side of the microwave was not wiped. The refrigerator was not cleaned or organized, and the area behind it was not touched. Behind and under the stove were not cleaned, the bottom panel of the stove was not cleaned, and the top of the refrigerator was not clean. The trim was not cleaned, and some windows were still dirty. The sectional was not moved or cleaned under or behind, the TV stand and surrounding area were not wiped, the computer area was untouched, the bedroom including the closet and drawers was not organized, and the carpets showed no visible difference after shampooing.
After paying for what was supposed to be the highest-level cleaning, I was left having to re-clean most of my home myself. The service I received was nowhere near a deep or detailed cleaning and fell far short of what any customer should expect for this price. The owner refused to refund me for the services that were not provided, despite being given a clear list of what was missed.
I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking thorough, honest, or professional cleaning
