When you make a refund request they not answer you back! I filled case request and until now they not answering me back. Order go fast and shipping but when u ask for refund they shut the door! Isn’t really good service never buy by them anymore!

The Apple SSD adapter is exactly as described and fits into my MacBook Air so that I can upgrade from 128Gb to 500Gb using Samsung M.2 SSD. Ordering was easy and delivery very fast.

This is a trustworthy store. I purchased 2 sets of products which are about 3000 EUR each. There were some issues with my ordering processes which I believe they cost a few thousand EUR, but the store took responsibility and my orders and packages went well.

I purchased an PC case (NZXT H1). Dustin never informed me that there is a fire harzard in the product and that it was recalled in eu, uk and us.
They refuse to refund and have now sent it to somewhere for service. I had to already buy a power supply and a case for my PC as this case has taken already 3 weeks.
Pre-ordered a keyboard from them, waited almost 2 months for it just to get the wrong model. Customer service told to return the product then wait for another 2 months to get the replacement. 1st and will be the last order. Waste of everyone's time.
