Nice looks shame about the noise….

The Threesixty Smart Fan Gen 2 heater has not lived up to expectations. I was attracted to the design and positive reviews but now find the latter mystifying. The noise levels on medium and high power are too high whilst the heat output is inferior to my old 2kw convector heater costing much less( which is silent!).
I do not recommend this product.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the Duux team

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Duux. The whole process from start to finish was honestly so smooth and easy.

Everyone I spoke to was really kind, patient and understanding, which made a big difference. You can tell there’s real care behind the customer service, not just going through the motion, and for someone who cannot sleep without a fan, they really made sure the whole process was smooth

A genuine thank you to Kelly, Lucy, Isabelle and Alex, you’ve all been amazing and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

Luxury to get wrapped up in

I would have liked to have given five stars but I would have preferred a cream lead control switch and plug on the beige throws that I have purchased not black also even though number 9 setting is toasty and warm perhaps the choice of a couple more warmer settings to say a number 12 would have been better.The throw looks good feels nice and plush and I would recommend it if in the future Duxx decided to put a cream lead on the beige throws I would appreciate them sending me two to replace the black ones as it would look so much better.

Data scam, app functionality not a guarantee

The products are stunning but the app functionality is a complete scam. It’s been three days since I can’t connect my devices through the app due to server issues. This means you’ll be stuck with a product lacking half the functionality you paid for the day Duux goes down. Mind that while the app system is operational, your data is being sold to major tech companies. Don’t be fooled.

Awful customer service

I returned a faulty and dangerous fan heater to Duux as requested by their customer service team.
They said they would send out a replacement.
I have had no acknowledgement of the return and also still not received the replacement.
The customer service team have not returned my emails asking for update.
I have spent hours trying to get through on the phone without any success.
I would not recommend Duux products because if there is a fault you will not receive a replacement.

I ordered a Bora dehumidifier and it…

I ordered a Bora dehumidifier and it didn't work from the start. The Duux hotline didn't give advice, but asked me to contact Duux UK. They were hard to reach and not very helpful. The retailer, Currys, didn't take it back after 10 mails and numerous calls, instead blocked my IP address. Now my bank is trying to get the money back. The second Bora was ordered with Donaghy Bros. and was faulty again with a different code. This time the returns were no problem. So I will never buy a Duux appliance nor anything with Currys

Warm heaters, terrible customer service

The heaters themselves appear to work as advertised. Unfortunately Duux ignore their customer support channels entirely and don't respond. The Google Home integration also appears to be unreliable and neglected (which was the reason for contacting support).

Isn't publishing bad product review on website

I purchased a Duux North Smart Air Conditioner.
It isn't smart, refuses to connect to the WiFi or app. It's loud and whilst pumps out good cold air in the summer, it's heating function leaves a lot to be desired. So I wrote a review on their own website. The problem is, months later they haven't published that negative review. It just sits 'awaiting manual review'. So it only shows one 5* review on the product page. They are suppressing a bad review because it will damage the products rating on their website. I find this even worse than the poor quality and design of the product itself. Avoid this company like the plauge. You simply can't trust their product reviews on their website.

DUUX make lovely products but hiccups happen

DUUX make lovely products...

...but there were a couple of hiccups along the way, before it all ended well :)

First off, I ordered a 1500W oil-filled radiator, around 5pm. Just after 9am next day they emailed to say it was out of stock, and immediately reimbursed me.

I then ordered the 2000W version, and was thrilled to see there'd be free nex-day delivery. And next day it arrived, except it was a dehumidifier instead of a heater. DUUX doesn't operate over the weekend (and it was a Saturday), so it was a couple of days later before I could take up the issue with them.

Although we communicated by both email and phone, there seemed to be a lag in the penny dropping, so to speak, and after a couple of days I started getting cold feet (to go with the rest of me).

But suddenly it was all taken in hand and went very smoothly: DPD collected the mis-delivered item and delivered the desired one, at the same time, on the Friday following.

I don't know why the initial confusion arose, or whose fault it was, or maybe it was just one of those days? But I have to say that I found DUUX pleasant to deal with: they seemed to genuinely want to do their best, and were never surly or impatient. DPD were good, too.

I like their product, so far, and they are *not* on my steer-clear list. So a general thumbs up.

It did say comes with a filter and that…

It did say comes with a filter and that would be added to the package, but I only received 1 filter. I would assume a filter would be given with the device and I was expecting an extra on. Making the wording on the free filter very unclear. So you don’t receive an extra one only one that comes with the device.

I ordered a brand new Heater Edge 2000

I ordered a brand new Heater Edge 2000. To my horror, it came in a tatty, soiled box, seals broken, and the heater had finger prints all over it. The remote was just thrown into the box, and the manual was creased, clearly not new; it appears to be a customer return. Very disgusted and appalled to say the least, Gross misrepresentation and this is supposed to be a premium company. Duux this is not good practise.
