I ordered two pillows and a mattress protector and paid for them 4 weeks ago. I have not received my order and no response to email asking where the items are! As the company is based in Manchester I can see no reason for such a delay in receiving items. I am concerned this is a fake company.

Time and time again . Great customer service and products . Duvets and pillows are made to order so don’t expect them to arrive the next day but they are worth the weight .

The 10.5 tog Double Dacron Comforel Duvet I bought a few weeks ago is excellent quality and very well made. It's now been "bed tested", it's soft, warm and drapes really well around the body.
The duvet was well wrapped up for delivery and with no unnecessary packaging.

What a great company! Knowledgeable, helpful and a speedy delivery too :)

Just received my dual tog duvet from Dusal in Scotland, we used it for the first time last night, amazing the difference, I finally got a decent sleep!

Delivery took a lot longer than advertised, and it would have been better if this was communicated at the start (although fair play, I did order near Christmas)

When the pillow finally did arrive, it was flat-packed just in plastic (for the price I would have hoped for at least a fancy carry bag!)

Saying all that, it is a lovely pillow that envelopes my head upon sleeping, it does flatten a little over night, but there is absolutely no noise (compared to feather pillows), and it slowly rises back to full size during the day, wonderful!

I would recommend, but would expect the information label to be true to as advertised (it stated it was a 'dusal' but when it arrived it stated 'bedlinen direct')

They charge outrageous prices for disgraceful products
I purchased a pillow from them which took 2 months to arrive and when it did arrive it was in-useable
Half empty and flat as a pancake
They then tell you there’s no returns as they are made to order
They then wanted to charge me an additional £60+ to put more filling in it

My duvet has just arrived and was delivered exactly as promised. Great value for money and an easy ordering process. I will definitely order again !

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I purchased a faulty pillow (the stitching had unravelled on one corner, it did not need ‘trimming’ as stated). 5 days of knowing I wanted to return without a return address or pre-paid label so returned to the invoice address (which I later find out was unmanned). Paid a second return fee to another address when it was finally provided. Was told I would be reimbursed £10 for the return cost in writing. Photographic proof provided of the fault. This company lied and did not reimburse the return cost. Avoid at all costs. A stressful and upsetting experience that also left me financially disadvantaged through no fault of my own.
