I Called Dux watches on thursday afternoon for a specific watch. Martijn gave me a very good feeling about the company and watch. The next day i bought the watch and the same afternoon i got the message that is was already send to me by express delivery.

I have been looking for a beautiful Breitling for a while. I had two models in mind at Dux. I contacted Dux and immediately clicked; quick responses, super friendly and helpful. I can recommend Dux (Martijn and Bjorn) more than wholeheartedly. They are pleasant guys who absolutely do not push you to buy and are only focused on a satisfied customer. They have a satisfied customer; Dux Watches is highly recommended. If I am in the market for a Breitling again (my preferred brand 😁), the address is already known. Bought one of my grail watches from Dux Watches. From first contact, responses were so fast via email and WhatsApp that I briefly wondered if they were AI. Very friendly, very clear, and very patient — including with my many questions that probably sounded like a police interrogation of a prime suspect.
They offer the option to reserve a watch. I didn’t, because I enjoy living with a small but controlled amount of chaos. The watch was almost sold to someone else, but apparently it was meant to come home with me.
You can have the watch delivered, or you can pick it up in person. If you’re reasonably close, I recommend visiting the office. Best done by car or Uber from Alkmaar station. There’s a McDonald’s nearby, which is both convenient and oddly reassuring. Make an appointment first — this is not a pop-in situation.
Coffee was good. Conversation was better. Martijn genuinely wanted to know the story behind why I chose the watch, not just which card I was paying with. Very relaxed, very human experience.
If you’re reading this review to check whether Dux Watches is legit: yes, they are. Stop scrolling, start buying! watches have a habit of disappearing.

Fun fact: the code on your watch corresponds to the number of watches they’ve sold. Which means your watch is statistically rare, and now you know.

Trustworthy, fast communication and good collection. I am from the Netherlands and picked up the watch myself and enjoyed a great cup of coffee with the owner. Highly recommended if you want to buy for a good price at a reliable source

I had a very pleasant contact with DUX, they said they would look for, not a brand new, but a not much worn watch. In the end they offered me, a watch that is, as good as new, for a very reasonable price. Commucation was always clear and open. I was very glad with working wiht them

Until recently, I didn't know about Dux Watches. Late Friday evening, I sent a WhatsApp message expressing my interest in a certain watch.

Within half an hour, I received a friendly response and immediately made an appointment for the next day. I also had a phone call in the morning, which was very pleasant. Once we arrived, we received a very friendly welcome and immediately felt a sense of trust. The watch was already neatly laid out, and we were offered delicious coffee.

Once the purchase was confirmed, the bracelet was adjusted to my wrist and all other details were neatly placed in the box.
This was een great watch buy experience and I can highly recommend DUX Watches.

I will definitely contact Dux watches again for my next purchase.
