I hired a digger from DVB Hire and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first phone call, Charlotte was brilliant—she helped me go through images and spec sheets to make sure the digger would fit through a very narrow access gap, which gave me real confidence before booking.
When the digger arrived, Daryl demonstrated just how accurate and skilled he is by driving it through our gate with around 3 cm spare on each side! He then spent a good 30 minutes giving me a lesson on how to use the digger, which I really appreciated as I had never used one before.
When it came to collection, I had managed to get the digger up two ramps of stairs and had absolutely no idea how to get it back down safely.
Once again, Daryl was a massive help and handled it calmly and professionally.
Excellent communication throughout, extremely helpful staff, and genuinely great people to deal with.
Couldn’t recommend DVB Hire highly enough.
