I do not recommend this app. The worst money ever spent. Constant issues with downloading, error code 105403. Avoid it if you can. It’s exhausting to keep contacting support to resolve issues, and the problem keeps coming back regularly, forcing you to wait for a solution.

Firstly, the software is first class and does what it claims and exceeds any other like product that I've tried.
I've been using the You Tube to MP3 and You Tube Download software for several years and inevitably over that time there have been several failures, but every time once I've reported an error they have been right on it and always had it sorted promptly and fixed in a very professional and courteous manner.
I highly recommend this developer and its products.

After speaking with Vicky She sent me the correct software and Premium key..I was downloading seconds after that.

I have been a customer of this company for quite some time now and they have never let me down. The last ticket I wrote about a problem they fixed the bug within two days.

After only several days of purchasing YT downloader, we kept getting "forbidden" errors. We were very disappointed and thought we wasted our money. Well, two days later, the company fixed the problem and it is working great again. This is obviously a seasoned company that does not stagnate when it comes to fixing problems. Thank you for your awesome software and support.

Thanks to the team including Alexis Brit. The staff is helpful, professional and respectful of their clients. At least 2 times now, in 2024 & 2025, they helped me via e-mail communications, to resolve issues associated with the software update that is required with the New Year date changes. Something similar to Y2K type concern, I believe.

Whenever you have any problems the answer and the solutions come really quick!!

105403 forbidden error COMES UP NOW, ANY HELP?

I am impressed with the 5 star level of customer service afforded me by DVDVideoSoft. They are efficient and thorough. I have two of their products and I am completely pleased with their performance.

Good products. But today my pal had to pay the third time in some years for "everlasting music download" from YouTube. Not a crazy amount but we are thinking about how long "everlasting" will be this time!

In Depth experience -
I am using one of their products. Recently there was a bug with the product, I purchased a new license to a newer version of the product, so I can get on with my life, but wrote to them about the bug. They responded quickly and told me their team is on the bug, while offering me to refund the new license key. That’s what I call good costumer service!

These guys are good.
Been a customer for about 4 years.
They update their products often, and whenever I have run into technical issues, they help to resolve it.
Technical support is very responsive and they have always solved the problem.
Great work guys!

tried dowloading from you tube nothing just got all the errors so paid for lifetime use today 11/12/24 stillunable to download any music

paid for faster download speed. 3 weeks later, parsing error on every single YT video. RIP OFF and AVOID

The YouTube to MP3 converter has problems at irregular intervals. This is probably caused by some changes in YouTube itself. However, the support always helps on the same day in these cases. That's why I am very satisfied with this program.
