Don’t buy from this company if you need to return shoes them. Packages under 6 pounds is charged $25 and such
complicated instructions to do so.

Awful! DO NOT purchase. Company is a fraud. Received wrong item and they want me to ship to China at my own cost. And the boots are made with some kind of toxic glue or something they smell horrible!

Boots I received are beautiful. However.. States they're made in the United States on their website and they are not. They ship from china. The boots were at least a size too small despite being a US 7.5. attempting to return these items has been a nightmare. I received an address that I was supposed to return them to via the post office however when I went to the post office the return address is marked as fraudulent in a possible scam. Now I am stuck with boots that are too small that I paid almost $200 for. I would not recommend nor trust this company

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I just ordered several pair and now my fingers are crossed. I will keep you posted.

Quality leather and craftsmanship! I ordered two pairs of shoes (and some leather coin pouches as gifts which are SO CUTE!) after carefully reviewing the sizing they have on their website. I am a 7.5-8.5US depending on socks, insoles, shape of the shoe etc. so I ordered both in a size 8 and they fit perfectly. My little boots are big enough for thick socks and very cute, and my heels are the perfect size to wear with thin socks and equally as cute. They arrived in about two weeks from the time of purchase. I was worried about returning but after doing some digging a $28 return to a US warehouse ain't too bad for $300 of shoes. Thankfully they fit perfectly and are exactly what I looking for! Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!!
They are a small studio that are actually taking time in making their products, so worth supporting even if return isn't totally free! (It's like people have forgotten there was a time BEFORE AMAZON when shipping/return wasn't free pretty much ever...people still run small businesses and incurr expenses y'all especially shipping OVERSEAS!?)
There are some knock-offs on Temu & Aliexpress so be wary of those, and these are also sold on some Japanese sites by third party vendors for around the same price (slight increase for US but for production and transportation to US vs Japan that makes sense). From the Japanese reviews I read they really like them there too! Overall a reputable company working on building up their brand and worth buying from!

Ordering online made ordering a breeze. The company gave good details on the quality of the leather and overall detail of the make of the shoe. These shoes runs true to size, and looks well on your feet. The price was good for the quality of the shoe. It looked just like the picture depicted them. I'm very satisfied!

Purchased 4 pairs of shoes -2 boots & 2 casual shoes. Quality = Excellent; Materials = Soft, supple, pliable; Stitching/Assembly = Superior; Sizing = Right on the money, the style of shoe dictates the generous proportions on the foot; Shipping/Delivery = Surprisingly quick, well wrapped & protected product; Returns = Very responsive customer service, easy return through USPS.
Overall, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Dwarves Shoes for their uniqueness, generous toe box, flexibility and suppleness, superior materials, and well thoughtout assembly and delivery. Can not wait to order more!

I purchased the women’s retro mid calf boot in black, they’re a gorgeous pair of boots and comfortable but they leave black dye on my skin and socks. I emailed the company to which they replied saying that due to the plant based dye they use the product will fade quickly and I should wear dark socks. I then asked how to solve the problem of my skin being discoloured from the dye and they have not responded. I’m very disappointed as I’d saved for a pair of good quality leather boots 😔

Do not order from this company! You will have to pay enormous fees if you need to return or exchange. It took me forever to get the address for their warehouse in this country so that I did not have to ship the shoes back to China. But it ended up costing me more because of imposed fees. Their customer service is abysmal.

I bought a pair of black leather Chelsea boots from Dwarves Shoes. They are amazing quality. The leather is soft and malleable; moulds so wonderfully with my feet and the fold on the ankles. The heels are placed perfectly, walking is easy. I did not need to break them in, they were comfortable right out of the box. My toe box is on the wider side and their regular sizes fit normal to wide. I feel no pressure on the sides of my toes.
I spent $241 CAD on these shoes and I am so happy with my purchase. The price is worth the quality. I also love the diversity in the styles available. Dwarves Shoes will be my go-to store for quality, comfortable, and stylish genuine leather shoes.
To ensure accuracy on size, I literally measured my feet with a tape measure in inches. My feet are 9.3 inches long and the widest part of my feet are also about 9.3-9.5 inches. The 7.5 size fits me absolutely perfectly.
Additionally, their customer service communicated with me in a timely manner over email and addressed my concerns about whether the shoes actually do fit wide.
I highly recommend this brand.

I contacted Dwarves prior to placing my order because I wanted to make sure the shoes would fit correctly. They promptly answered my questions, and the boots fit my wide feet very well. They seem well made, the leather is soft and a beautiful color, and they look just like the pictures.

Shoes are good quality and nice looking. Exactly what I had in mind. They run a bit big, which was a bummer. I usually wear 8,5 but they were way too big.
Toe box gives good space for toes. Super healthy!

Wrong sized shoes turned up and I was told it was due to my error (it wasn't, I've learn my lesson with US sizes previously). At incredible expense having to return the shoes to China with the same dodgy instructions others have mentioned. Not holding much hope of a refund! Avoid at all costs

Although I returned these shoes for a different style, they were beautifully made and extremely comfortable. The returns process is a little inconvenient but easy if you follow the instructions. Amelia is very helpful: I was able to ship my return from Canada to a US location for only $28, which is acceptable considering Dwarves does not charge a shipping fee when the shoes are shipped to you. I ordered a different pair and will review when I have received them. All in all the shoes seem well-made and very comfortable.

I finally received my ‘leather’ Chelsea boots. Not only are they NOT leather but when I opened the package the toxic fumes that flew out of the package made me cough and burned my eyes. Now I have to return them and the whole process seems to be really ridiculous especially since they were shipped from somewhere in California where I live. We’ll see what kind of customer service I get and whether I will change my review. Wish me luck.

Avoid at all cost. Their return policy is onerous and ridiculous. I wish I had read these reviews before. The shoes appear to be well made but if you order the wrong size and want to return it, the process is expensive and burdensome. They want you to write down the value of the shoes as $20 so it doesn’t get hung up in Customs in China.

I love their shoes but customer services...
I bought two pairs 9,5 (usa) , one pair (Oxfords) are perfect for me, but other pair (Loafers) bigger like size 10 or 10,5 (usa) and I didn't about their return policy and customers has to pay any shipping expenses, for me was $47,50 from MA...
I said that is ridiculous, they respond: "You can send to our US warehouse but it's still will cost you $28"
And guys and future customers, don't buy it from them, your nerves cost more than this cheap company...

Oxfords and Loafers quality very good, but I just want to cry cuz I can't wear those pair of shoes!!!

Sooo Happy with my Dwarves! The customer service was excellent✨️ I messaged about getting a 1/2 size bigger after reading the reviews and it was no problem👌 8 would have fit but 8.5 allows me an insole/arch support👍✔️ I will definitely be ordering more dwarves now that I know and feel confident. Love that it's a female artisan collective as well💐 Well done ladies💫

AMAZING. Firstly a big shout out to Amelia who went the extra mile to replace the first pair, that were too small. The replacement boots are incredibly well made, beautiful, soft leather, a sensible heel and a great toe shape. They arrived very quickly. Dwarves shoes are expertly made. They have a diverse range and new trends emerging all the time. For the future buyer, just a word of caution re sizing. They tell you to be careful, but you need to know that they use the Chinese sizes, not European or American. I did not realize that CN36 = EU37. If you take EU36, you need to order EU37 because that is what CN sizes are. Thank you Dwarves. I'll be back for more.
