I am very pleased with the service provided by David Durrant the Maintenance Technician. David visited my property to complete few snagging works. He was professional, courteous, and took great care in completing the repairs to a high standard. He communicated clearly throughout the visit and ensured that all issues were resolved efficiently and neatly.
The finished work looks excellent, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the respectful manner in which the work was carried out.

They were great at communicating at every stage of the development as well as any shortcomings that will affect you build which was really nice. They made sure that we had we wanted. I will definitely refer someone to use their service. I was only a little bit unhappy at the beginning when they kept omitting my name from correspondence even after knowing that my wife who went to see then at first was married. I would have expected them to ask since she already told them we were buying together. But it all got sorted out in the end.
We had staffs like Amanda and Josh who were so lovely. I won't forget about Phil from the Plymouth homes where we went to have a second view since the actual home we wanted wasnt a show room at the time. Phil was a big part this decision and thankfully we saw him again at the end of the journey.

Customer service is really important to all the staff we have dealt with. They treat you as an individual and have a perfect mix of being friendly but still very thorough and professional. The quality of the home is excellent and attention to detail is clear throughout.

Special thanks to Dan Hickson(Site Manager at Thorpebury in the limes) taking the time to come in on a Sunday and help us access the property for a special blessing ceremony. The sales office normally opens at 10:00 AM on Sundays, but the ceremony needed to be held early in the morning. When we found ourselves in a difficult situation, Dan went above and beyond by coming in on his day off and giving us access at 7:00 AM. He also stayed until 11:30 AM to make sure everything went smoothly.

We truly appreciate his dedication, understanding, and willingness to help. His excellent customer service made a big difference, and we are very grateful for his support.

We have been dealing with Rio at High Forest and she has been amazing. Rio is very knowledgeable and professional and she went over and above with my endless questions! As someone who had never lived in Liverpool before, buying a home here was a major decision for my family. Looking back, I can honestly say that choosing David Wilson Homes at Sundial Place was one of the best decisions we have made.

From the very beginning, Joshua Adamson was exceptional. He was not simply a sales advisor trying to sell us a property. He genuinely helped us understand the entire process and guided us through every stage of our journey.

As first-time buyers in the area, we knew very little about Liverpool and the local property market. Joshua took the time to explain the development, the surrounding area and what life would be like here. His advice and support played a significant role in our decision to relocate from London to Liverpool.

We recently bought a house on the River View development in Oundle and the experience has been fantastic throughout.
Jane in the sales team was really helpful and guided us through the process - keeping us informed at every step.
Since moving into the house the site manager Carl has been amazing. He checks in every few days to make sure everything is ok and has resolved any minor issues we've found very quickly.
They really live up to their quality tagline.

Phil and evie (the sales team) were able to answer any questions we had about the process of buying a new build property, we were kept up to date at every stage and nothing was to much trouble for them. We are in love with the quality and finish of our house.

Cameron and Sharon are so easy to talk to and willing to help with everything. Made our decision very easy and talked us through everything making it easy to understand especially as first time buyers.

Carys in the office is very helpful and Gwyn is helpful too. Problem with our pantry cupboard which collapsed at the beginning of the week and is still not fixed. I understand the kitchen people need to sort out but we’re back working next week. This is not ideal.

We recently moved into our new David Wilson home and we couldn't be happier. The house is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond. A huge shout out to Debbie, John and Ollie who have been incredible throughout our journey with them. Ollie did our house tour and gave really clear guidance and support. John has been our snagging support and has been super helpful throughout.

A special shout out to Debbie who always ensures any questions are answered and support is given. No question is to much for Debbie and from contacting us to let us know about an available house, right up to our move in day - Debbie, was an incredible help. We couldn't have got the house without her. She is a real asset to the David Wilson team.

The estate is lovely and the bridal path is great to see some horses. We love the house and are really happy to have found such a lovely family home.

We purchased a home through the shared ownership scheme through a company called greatwell. our home was built by david wilson and we have had a blockage from our downstairs toilet for 15 months and they STILL will not give us a full time solution. and from a lot of people on the same estate as us they do not like giving people good quality homes and then will refuse to fix the issues raised. do not buy a house through david wilson unless you want to be disappointed!!

The sales Advisor, Andrei is very calm and he takes his time to explain all your questions. In fact, no question look stupid to him.
He's always available to give you the information you need and to guard you through the process
