Chris and Brett done an amazing job, fitted front door,patio doors and window, came on time, cleaned up everything. Took all the rubbish well done guys would highly recommend them

I cannot emphasise enough how refreshing it was to deal with an honest and professional company like DW Windows.
No stupid sales gimmicks, just an honest and fair price quoted. Excellent recommendations while quoting that I felt benefited us and was not just a ploy to get sales or make more money.
I was kept informed at all times on progress of order and the installation day went really well.
Every team member I met was a pleasure to deal with.
I would not hesitate to recommend DW Windows or use them again and we are extremely pleased with the new windows and the service.

Amazing!!from start to finish customer service was great, Aron was very helpful with choosing my new front door there were so many to choose from lol and especially Matt the fitter has done an amazing job even cleaned up after himself which he didn’t need do..!!im very happy 😊 all around a top job well done guys keep up the good work 👏 will definitely be back soon for my other door.

I can see your company pride themselves on reviews and get a lot of work from recommendations.
On having a door fitted which i had a minor problem with but was rectified and the was done to a good standard.
My daughter then a few years later decided to have a front door and rear barn door fitted by dw windows on my recomendation.
I am now embarrassed, your company have now been out to this rear barn door 5 times by different fitters the frames been back out back in ,adjusted,levelled and is still not shutting properly .Time off work stress and let's not forget these doors are not cheep.
And final straw for me is that the front door is not locking properly .
As I said previously recommended dw windows but you have not got this one right.
They have no idea I have put in this review and I am sorry to spoil your mostly good work and positive feedback but you have let yourselves down badly on this one and I will probably get told by my daughter for putting in this review but the work was done on my recommendation so I have to take some responsibility.
Unfortunately once you recommend any company to do any work the quality that you end up with is totaly in there hands even though I ended up with a good experience.

I was looking to upgrade my double glazing to the next stage, living in a bungalow with the bedrooms on the front sound insulation was of prime importance so I was advised triple glazing was the ideal solution which would also benefit
heat retention and condensation.
So DW Windows Replaced all of my main windows, From start to finish the process was
Seamless and well organised always on time and
Easy. I found the office staff were very helpful and
The fitting crew made an excellent job of installing
the window units even cleaning up afterwards.
Since having the windows installed I have received admirable comments from my neighbours and are very pleased with the upgraded performance no more traffic sounds
and superior heat retention.
The upgrade was worth every penny I spent

The workmanship was great, the work men were all really respectful & tidy workers. Our porch is awesome the only thing I would say is the communication between all parts of the company is not good

Always have d w windows as they are always polite very neat and tidy and any problems there's no quibbling they come and put anything right on the odd occasion that they are needed.

Speedy fixing by very professional and friendly fitter

Fitters were very efficient and friendly . Fitting carried out with as little inconvenience as possible . This was the last 2 doors and window to be replaced. All the house is now fitted with DW Windows. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them .

From booking a quote, to survey and fitting, all involved were very polite and the process was seamless. Fitters were kind and friendly, arrived on time and as clean as physically possible. Even gave me the good news on lintel not required and a saving of £729.
Unfortunately, the quality control by the manufacturer seems to have let DW windows down. Wrong coloured door handles, faulty easy clean lock, scuffed plastic trim to name a few issues identified. Although reported for rectification with DW windows and are an easy fix, it's just the inconvenience of having to arrange another period off work to resolve.

This is third time l have used DW Windows, 1st a rockdoor front porch door & frame, 2nd job a rear kitchen door & frame, & now the 3rd job a kitchen window & french doors & frame of course in the dining room. All superb quality & security,expertly installed by the window fitters, very neat & professional work, l would reccomend DW Windows to anyone.

Chris and Brett were amazing with the installation. They made things look so easy and completed the job to perfection. I can’t praise them enough. These two are a true asset to DW windows and will recommend this company to everyone looking for an affordable windows and also being fitted to perfection.

Professional, trustworthy and prompt service, we have been using them for years, for our property and my parents property.

Installation from start to finish was very easy. No pressure sale tactic which was pleasant. Updated at each stage of the process, installation day was no issue, workmen turned up on time and got the job done as quoted, No hassle at all and a good set of lads. Even the music was decent ! Good payment options if that's what you require on windows ect.

The man who measured for the door and window suggested a different type of window, which was very helpful to us. The company made a big effort to get our installation done in a very short time, to fit in with another job we are having done. The installation was done well.

from start to completion of the install nothing was to much trouble.
the fitters turned up at 8.00am on 26/06/2025 and throughout were exceptional till leaving around 3.00pm.
the product is fantastic
a credit to one and all

DW were great from start to finish. Pricing was fair, no hard sale, worked around other work I had going on to fit me in and they did everything as expected.
