100ml bottle of perfume missing from order
I ordered 2 x 100ml bottles of fragrance along with several 2ml samples. On receiving the order on 4th June I found that I had only been sent one 100ml bottle. I immediately emailed DXB to inform them. Acknowledgement was received but I have since had to email two more times and still today (13th June) my missing 100ml bottle has not been sent to me. Nor have I been told what action is being taken to resolve the omission from my order. This is very poor indeed and DXB should have resolved this immediately. Very disappointed.

My parcel arrived early and well packaged but the perfume is not worth buying again. Is just as if u r spraying water because the scent doesn’t last for a second and is not as described so I wont think I would be buying again. It was very unfortunate I had to purchased two at one’s but I’m dashing it out.
