Worst IT company
I am very disappointed with my experience with DXC. I’ve lost a huge amount of work time due to their disastrous IT management of our laptops. They offer software on their platform that won’t even install on the laptop, and if you try to download it from somewhere else and install it, our beloved IT department blocks the installation, claiming that the software is already on the platform. (I should also mention that they don’t update the programs for security reasons. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life!) And don’t even get me started on customer service—I write to them in English, and they reply in German.
