While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

DXC provide non-existent claims management at best
I am an allied health professional who works within the workers compensation system. At the very time when people require understanding and support navigating an often painful and difficult experience, DXC seem to provide the complete opposite.
I have had mutliple clients complain of delays in payment, constant changes in case managers and unanswered calls and requests. I have had to contact DXC Claims multiple times to advocate for my clients and can confirm their frustrations as completely valid. There is no customer service, competence and no understanding. It seems they have invested money in a very stylish looking website and nothing else. Steer clear of this company if you can. My next feedback will be direct to WorkSafe VIC and SIRA NSW.
Zero Stars... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Zero Stars.... If you are a company please do your staff a favour and avoid using DXC. They are absolutely hopeless. I have been trying to get assistance with a claim for over 6 months now and they refuse to work with anyone. I have had a number of complaints from GPs, Specialists, Staff members in regards to not being paid and having to chase money and people all the time. Its not up to the injured worker to have to pay for their own treatment and have to put up with extra stress and pressure as a result of DXC being negligent. In 6 months, I have had 2 phone calls with no allocated case manager. They have paid for no medical expences and DXC are making everyone involved in this claim life so much harder as a result because they cant do their jobs. Its not good enough and I stongly encourage everyone to please do yourself a favour and dont work with DXC as they are incompetent.
