The DX delivery team went over and…
The DX delivery team went over and above to deliver my wardrobe and chest of drawers to a 1st floor apartment. They were very polite to me and respectful of the property. The boxes were heavy and awkward! The team manoevuvred the items up two flights of stairs, through a fire door and into my home. Thank you for your service, it is appreciated.

Damaged box and very poor driving…
Damaged box and very poor driving skills. On a wide, perfectly good road, the driver somehow went over the kerb and footpath and crashed into the bushes in front of my house. Very disappointing.

Stayed in all day but no delivery
Stayed in all day but no delivery, no communication nothing! Tracking says it's been at the depot all day yesterday so where is my delivery?? Reading reviews I find it hard to understand how they can have 4.1 stars out of 5? If its not going to be delivered that day let the customer know it's that simple!

Unnecessary delays with no support
Got the tracking information from the company that send the parcels. 2 September - Lanark, 3 September - Lanark, 4 September - Lanark. It's sitting in Lanark for days. Trying to get online support is non-existent. Waited for 10 minutes while being number 2 in line. Got disconnected due to my inactivity. Tried again, same issue. Would never use this company again.

The delivery person did not bother to…
The delivery person did not bother to come to the house - someone was in waiting. Instead they opened up a door to a workshop at the end of our drive and left the parcel there. This workshop is not mine. If I had wanted the parcel in the workshop I would have said. I wanted it delivered to the house in a normal way.
