Avoid DX at all costs.
​I waited all day for an essential construction material. At 18:28, the tracking status updated to "1 of 1 items delivered. Signed signature unreadable" at Kidderminster NC.
No delivery attempt was made whatsoever. At the exact time of the alleged delivery (18:28), I was standing right outside the front of my property. No driver appeared, no doorbell was rung, and no signature was given by me.
This was an 18kg, 2.4-metre long profile—it is completely impossible to misplace, drop in a mailbox, or leave unnoticed. The driver simply falsified the delivery record to meet their daily quota before ending their shift.
Because of this dishonest practice, my work site is completely blocked, and DX customer service refuses to investigate directly with the recipient, pushing all the burden back onto the sender. Extremely unprofessional and deceptive service.

I wish I could put zero stars as an option. Absolutely beyond useless and incompetent, it’s impossible to believe people are paid at this company, not a brain cell to share amongst a single person that works here. Utterly pathetic. After paying next day delivery, I am now on day 4 of “couldn’t deliver” and by “couldn’t deliver” clearly couldn’t be bothered, never even came in the proximity of the house (despite being on the exact road according to their live tracker?!?!). Mo from the local takeaway seems to be doing a much better job than this “proudly professional” team, at locating a front door on a main road.

Absolutely appalling! The definition of insanity is repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome. DX must be insane because they just attempted a delivery three days running when we are closed and way OUTSIDE their stated delivery window and now they want me to tell them when to attempt another delivery!!!

Was sent an email saying that I would be receiving my stuff between 1 p.m. and 8 pm. Never turned up no email nothing. No good when you’ve taken a day off of work to wait in for an order . Unprofessional and 2nd rate …..

Rang me to say on way. Placed x5 doors in garage and arrived on time!

Advance accurate warning of delivery .

Couldn't even get this off the ground waited almost three weeks and still no rates but plenty of stories.
Faizal Hussain can talk the talk but he definitley can't walk it let alone deliver it.
So disappointed.

Where is my order , This is day three of not receiving my order. I am furious with DX.
This company needs investigation and sacked

great service delivery personnel very well mannered and professional delivered when they said they would great tracking service

I paid £30 for selected date delivery.
Its arrived 3 days after that date

Up to date info including call from driver when 20mins away, helpful driver no problems

The guys who delivered it came within the allotted time, called me when they arrived and brought the stuff into our house and we're very kind and polite.

Great service, delivered earlier than expected, nice guys, left it in the room as per request..

I was really pleased with the delivery experience from the DX driver today.

I'd already had an email and a text informing me of the two hour window in which to expect my delivery, however, I was impressed to receive a phone call from the driver informing of of his e.t.a. I've not known a delivery company be quite so organised and professional.

Amazing, the 2 guys called me to let me know they are arriving. And then they also helped me take my bed to the top 3rd floor so I really appreciate it and it wasss soooo heavy! These 2 guys deserve to be appreciated and valued!!

Have fully unpacked and tried out yet but ordering and delivery was really easy. Delivery guys were really friendly and polite too and called ahead 15 minutes before landing.
