Same courier - same delivery problems

I've had four Amazon deliveries from the same DX driver - two have been left on the driveway in full view of the street, one left outside the front door without a knock and the latest beats the lot. Today's delivery is shown as 'having been attempted' which is far from the truth. At the time given, I was actually stood on the driveway watering plants with no sign of the courier. I've checked my CCTV (which covers the driveway and the front door) and again, no sign of the courier. I've complained to the company by phone and as per previous incidents have been promised that my comments will be passed on to the depot. I won't name the courier here but what I'm struggling to understand is why does this individual continue to be employed by DX?
