This to me is a truly interesting experience for me looking forward to push it forward with photo lab!

The best is certainly DeepPrime XD2s and lens correction, and recently AI masking in local adjustments is a big step forward, although improvements are welcome (the AI mask is not always that precise).
Improvements are still needed for the selective tonal adjustments (highlights, midtones, shadows, blacks) which are not selective at all.
Another improvement (something which is really irritating me) is the comparison tool: why is zooming in decoupled when comparing two pictures (comparing is most of the time sone for almost identical images)?

I use only Silver Efex. I love it. I do not use other features. For other effects I use Photoshop.

I was very satisfied with the support. I really enjoy working with DXO's software.

I use DXO software since more than 10 years for the processing of my RAW files and View Point especially for perspective corrections.
Based on this experiance I am lookoing always first if DXO does support a camera and lens combination before I buy a lens or camera.

Very versatile tool, regularly updated and improved. Top level for monochrome. Just a suggestion: provide a tool to verify if the performances of the hardware are compatible with the last version of the software before buying.

Had a problem getting my new version of the software to register. Great assistance from the on-line help desk at DXO. Only used DXO for about 10 years now. I'm happy: it works for me.

Software complicated so for non regular users takes time to get used to. Most disappointing is that they seem to sell lifetime licenses while in practice you have to buy expensive upgrades periodically. Non premium customer support seems produced by some AI …
Adding based on company feedback: for me calling this lifetime license is clearly misleading. In my case I just changed the camera but do not need any of the for me less useful new software features. Still the only option dxo provides is to buy the full new license and importantly the full (!) new price with no consideration of being an existing customer - how can one call this a lifetime license?

I have been using DxO's PureRAW since April 27 this year, and, taking advantage of this year's Black Friday deals, FilmPack and ViewPoint. Although I have a Sony and Fujifilm mirrorless systems, PureRAW was (back then) only supporting my Sony raw images. I really like the fact that I could update PureRAW to support Fujifilm raws with no extra cost. Note that I use all these as standalones, which is less ideal than having PhotoLab which could better integrate the add-ons I bought. I am not ready to migrate my main postprocessing to DxO. All together is still an expensive move. I communicated my needs (for future upgrades) to DxO's customer support 2 times (November 27 and December 4), all were responded promptly (kudos 5 stars for their attention) as a pure standalone user of their 3 add-ons. If I could be granted 2 wishes, I would easily gave a perfect 5-stars for the company. 1. Is the ability to export FilmPack edits as an SRGB jpg file while also 2. Being able to resize at the pixel dimensions and its aspect ratio (having a freely typed-in ratio like 2-by-1, etc.).

Being a long-time user of the DXO PhotoLab and Nik .. I have been extremely happy with all aspects of the product and service offered. I am ready to offer four stars as my rating as to the many plus factors that I love! Best of Wishes!
But since the purchase of Version 9, I have encountered many problems.., both on my desktop and my Yoga i7 laptop. Some of which were discussed with the support staff.., but still intermittent issues. One reason attributed is that my graphic card on my Desktop computer is dated... this I do accept. I do have issues on running the Nik collection 8 too... But yet,

Great SW, never used something similar for noise reduction of high ISO shots keeping good details.
