Do not buy

If you want to save your back, do not, for the love of God, buy a DXRacer chair. Instead, get an ergonomic office chair. I’ve used one for a few years now, and my back has only gotten worse over time. I can’t imagine what it would be like if I didn’t work out every day.

10/10 Service!

I emailed customer support and they were extremely helpful and solved my issue very quickly. The response I received was clearly written by a real person who actually read my entire email, which was wonderful to receive. Thanks for the efficient and thorough help.

DXRacer products are going down..

I am very disappointed with DXRacer and their products, and I wonder what happened to them, as they used to be one of the best gaming product companies with the now-defunct AKRacing.
I recently bought two products from DXRacer: the first was a master XL chair ($549 pricetag), and the second was a Tidal desk ($699 pricetag). I bought the chair from Amazon and the desk straight from their website.
First, let's start with the chair. Built it, and the first impression was that it was very uncomfortable. The foam they use is way too dense; it's harder than rocks and makes long sitting sessions impossible. This goes against the purpose of a gaming chair; it's supposed to be comfy for long gaming sessions, and clearly, that chair couldn't achieve that. Add to it the fact that the headrest mechanism broke within less than two weeks of using it, which screams poor quality, I ended up returning it and got refunded for it.
Now for the Tidal desk, it is a pretty good quality desk, very heavy and sturdy, but that's literally it and does not explain the $700 pricetag because it has flaws. First, my desk did not arrive all at once. It's made of three packages, and FedEx screwed up the delivery, so I got the legs first and had to wait an extra two days to get the actual desk/board. What was bad was that the wooden part of the desk arrived completely scratched, so badly that it was like someone used a knife to carve and cut through it, yet it looks like QC at DXRacer missed it or couldn't be bothered, so they shipped it. After the reception, I immediately reached out to their support, sent them pictures (via email, after showing them their website is so poorly done it's impossible to attach pictures and/or videos to the support ticket), and they agreed to send a replacement board for free. All hail to them on this!
Another week goes by, and I finally received the last part of the desk and built it. The first surprise was to see that there is no computer case/tower holder. Yet, on their website, the product's pictures showcased a case holder that was going up and down with the desk. I contacted them and was told that they had no such feature, but I could buy it on Amazon or third party companies. Sorry, but why do you advertise a feature that is not coming with your product, then? This was totally misleading. The pictures are still on their website, showing the TIDAL desk lifting an Alienware mid-range computer case.
Now, for the desk itself, you actually cannot add a screwed-in tower/case holder because the leg structure gets in the way. But you cannot add a clamped one either cause the lifting system is on the inside the legs, not the outside, so you cannot clamp it without causing a dysfunction.
Another issue I have with that desk is the lighting system, which is RIDICULOUSLY BAD! It's that bad that you can't even set up a static colour except for white. Yeah, you read that right. It has an LED lighting feature but barely any customisation, only their dumb rainbow pre-setup modes. All my setup is purple and orange, so I was looking forward to having a static purple light bar on that desk... NOPE! Not even possible. All you have are the rubbish rainbow round, rainbow flashing, rainbow carousel, a static white light (wow!) and then 3 RGB round settings, Rouge (Red to orange, via pink), Starry Sky (Blue to purple) and Firefly (Green to yellow). Seriously, not impressed! I was expecting way more from a seven-hundred-dollar desk! This lighting system is made for a 4-year-old, not an adult gamer.
Long story short, I gave them two stars only because of their support team (would have been just one if not for them), which was reactive and prone to help with all the issues I encountered. For the rest, their products are of pretty poor quality, not meeting the expectations they set on their website and clearly not worth the money.

First let me say that i love dxracer

First let me say that i love dxracer. i used to break chairs every few months until the first dx racer came out. i got the big size chair as i like extra room to put my feet up. it lasted about 10 years it was great but finally broke. got a new one, the closest they had to my old one again a plus size model. and let me say the quality has gone down so much over the years. for one the tilt mech broke after less than 2 weeks. whas an ordeal to get a new one. its noticably smaller than my old chair not nearly as comfortable. arms are smaller. just overall very cheaply built now. if i rated my first dxracer chair a 10. this one would sadly be a 4. its still better than some other brands but i feel the dxracer erra is over. they have prioratized profits over quality and the consumer is paying for it now. i still have issues with my tilt btw.

Worst customer service

The chair arrived scratched and with the lumbar support broken.
For a product worth over 900 USD, the company’s customer service was terrible.
It’s a good product, but the experience is ruined by the Argentine intermediary.
The attention at the showroom was good, but the price was excessively high, and the after-sales service was a disaster.
They charged a fortune for shipping, which they completely disregarded afterwards.
The delivery was not being carried out properly, and when I complained, they told me to handle it myself by contacting the company they had hired for the delivery. From that point on, they stopped responding to any messages, even though they had assured me that they would continue responding to messages while the showroom was closed for vacation.
They claimed they filed a complaint with the shipping company, but when I contacted them, I was informed that no such complaint had been made.
It was only thanks to my complaint that the shipping company delivered the chair.

DXRACER CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

My chair was "lost by fedex"(prob stolen). I got the chair on sale and is out of stock now, and dxracer didnt want to give me a raincheck for future purchase. They dont care about customers. They could try to give a similiar product for the same price or a coupon but they will loose alot just like I did right(smh)! Dissapointing they could compensate me after everything I had to fight with fedex but they care more about a few dollars instead of a good customer. Ive been choosing them for over 10 years or more now is time to change. The chairs are great but beware of customer service they dont care about you.

Best Chair I've Ever Owned. Period.

I bought my DXRacer King Series OH/KS06NB back in 2017. I had gotten tired of buying a $250-$350 office chair and then using it for a year or a little longer before the arms started getting loose or broken and the base wearing out. I decided to drop a little extra cash and get a big boy DXRacer for $469.

I'm 6' and 250 pounds and I have a bad habit when I get out of my chair, I just basically lift myself up from the arms like I'm doing a dip. This would absolutely destroy the arms of lesser made chairs. The arms on my DXRacer are just as good as the day I put it together. I haven't even had to re-tighten anything.

The foam-like material that the arms are made of is still in perfect shape. No cracking, no elbow divots, no fading. Everything about this chair is as solid as the day I got it. Air shock still works perfectly. No slow leak like all the others would have had years ago. The seat is still equally soft/firm. No signs of wear. Other than some dust in the crevices, you'd think this was a brand new chair.

The only signs of wear are on the removable headrest pillow. Most of the vinyl has peeled off where the DXRacer logo is. But honestly, it's because I shave my head and the stubble has a sandpaper effect on the headrest. I'm trying to see if I can buy a new one.

This chair has replaced not only my old office desk chair, but I wheel it to the living room and kick back in it when I'm watching football, too. I got a footrest (Not DXRacer) and I use it when I chill out.

I honestly don't know when (or if) I'll ever need another chair, but if this one finally breaks down, I will absolutely be buying a new DXRacer. No question about it.
