None existent aftercare!!
I am not happy with the service received from this company they were prompt to carry out the installation and take my payment but the aftercare has been none existent it's been a week I have called, emailed submitted a complaint but no one has got back to me. The CCTV does not work properly I can't excess the recording the mouse and remote do not work the password doesn't work !! I was told I could access the cctv from my phone but I can't. I hope after reading my review that Dygvision contact me to resolve these issues as no other form of contact has worked with this company.

Did not perform as promised - too many mistakes and errors. Still have plastic covering on one camera, slipshod work.

Thanks for the feedback Mr Warwick, the plastic covering was left over the camera for protection of the lens from dust and dirt by removing this the lens the camera may get dirty. The one issue with the port forwarding was resolved at a later date for yourself. The system was left with yourself fully functional on your PC as well as all of the devices. As a complimentary gesture we had provided the additional year warranty to conclude the matter and you mentioned you were satisfied on completion of the job.
