Very fair and efficient dealer with a flawless process. I was selling 2 pens - a Sheaffer and a Cartier. I had a very fair offer via WhatsApp within an hour. Steve is easy to reach, very responsive, and has offered the highest value for my pre-owned Cartier pen. Once agreed on the price, I sent the pen to the address he indicated. The day after the money was in my bank account. He also kindly paid the delivery costs, which was not initially agreed.
