Great service and recommend 100% for all buyers of gold testing acids and.machines,

After searching ebay looking for a tester for gold and finding one for almost £1400 i thought id search about . I found the exact same one for a fraction of the price from a genuine distributor and some robbing toerag was charging over 3 times the price. Arrived very quick and seems to do what it os supposed to do . So overall i am very happy.my only gripe is that it does not do silver unlike the trustimatrix, but that is £1200 and hard to get without preorderin.

Excellent delivery, excellent packaging, kept me updated all the way, the only little complaint I had if any was I couldn’t take any extra guarantee out on it. But that still won’t stop me shopping with you in the future as I absolutely love your products. Thank you so much Dynagem.

The site allowed me to order an item. It was then later cancelled because it was not in stock and I had to wait a week for the refund.

Placed order and paid for there item back on the 28th December. Heard nothing since.

Ordered a tool paid for item.
Less than 24hrs later I had email saying order cancelled and refund will be issued.
Refund is still pending.

I compared the prices of a Bergion 16200 bushing machine and some companies were charging £4,995 for exactly the same item with exactly the same accessories the Dynagem were selling for £1999.00. Why do some companies way over charge? I’ll never know. Before anyone asks.it was for exactly the same item and parts in the same case and brand new. All I can say is a big well done and thank you to Dynagem! It arrived very quickly also.

We ordered our photo box almost three weeks ago and still haven’t received it . After a week or so we received an email to say there was a two week delay but since then nothing . This is an expensive item and I expected to at least be given an accurate timeline . I keep been sent emails to review an item I’ve yet to receive but nothing to let me know when it might arrive . I k ow these things happen but I think it would be a better service if you provided more information about when it would arrive

Accepted Order - Cancelled order 2 days later. No clue why.

I Paid for high quality swiss tools and instead received fake chinese tools.

My purchase of this repair tool was confirmed by Dynagem. Subsequently, Dynagem cancelled my order, telling me that they didn't have sufficient stock to fulfil the order! So I don't have the tool.
I presume they have a reasonably modern stock control system, so don't understand why they have them on offer when they don't have stock.....very disappointed!!!

The delivery time was longer than expected after ordering. The necklace itself is beautiful but a lot shorter than I was expecting it to be. It is a very petite 16 inch chain but beautifully made.

Item was out of stock and refund was issued.
I shouldn’t have been able to complete transaction on an out of stock item.

The product was everything that I had expected and I'm very pleased with it. A little more communication with me after the order had been received would have been welcome (to have an idea of the length of time before I received it) and I was not expecting it when it arrived - these minor quibbles warrent a 4 rather than a 5.
