Quick, helpful customer service

We ordered a set of 4 dining chairs, they arrived so quickly, but one of them was damaged. I reached out to Michael that evening and he respond the next morning saying that a replacement chair was on my way and it arrived in just a few days. Michael was quick to resolve the issue and we are in love with our new dining chairs. Highly recommend, we'll be sure to use Dynamic Home Decor for any future furniture needs.

Got my sofa at a great price shipped cross country!

I was looking for a very specific shorter size, brown color, and leather/faux leather. They had my sofa at literally $700 less than another, much bigger online dealer. They were very good at answering my emails when I was inquiring about it, and shipped it halfway across the country to northern Michigan for a lot less than I expected. Sure, it took over a week to get it delivered, but that is really good time, considering how point to point single item freight actually works. So be patient if you order long distance like I did, it can be worth the wait to get what you want at a great price!

Pony Express Had Better Delivery SLAs

I ordered a product that was out of stock on nearly every site except Dynamic. My main concern was whether they could get it delivered in a reasonable period of time.

As expected, they couldn't. I ordered an instock item on 9/1 and it wasn't delivered until 10/14. When was the last time you heard of a 43 day delivery? Worse... the customer service sucks. I heard every excuse "peak Christmas shipping delays?" (in September?) and finally got this from a CS associate (or more senior based on the comments):
"I am sorry for the inconvenience; I knew I should have passed on this order knowing the difficulty of the destination. Would you like to cancel and receive a refund? I have a waiting list stretching into January for these chairs so I can certainly route them elsewhere if you don’t want to wait. They are on backorder now until December."

They actually encouraged me to cancel after 30+ days so they could ship my stuff to another customer. This is their idea of customer service? I am not looking for a discount or coupon... but how about some R..E..S..P..E..C...T?

Nothing Dynamic about this company.

Terrific customer service

I bought chairs from them which turned out to have issues. I am a small business owner myself and I pay more attention to how a company handles the problems then I do when problems arise.
The reason I am giving them a 5 review is because of how they handled the situation - the customer service was terrific. They were very responsive and ordered me new chair at no charge.

Great Service from Dynamic Home Decor!

I purchased a beautiful leather sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman from Dynamic Home Decor and received amazing customer support and fantastic white glove delivery on all 4 items in less than the time Michael had quoted us. We could not be any happier with the service Michael and his team provided and will 100% shop dynamichomedecor.com again in the near future, thank you!

Satisfaction Guaranteed is Lip Service

"If for any reason you are not satisfied" is lip service from Dynamic Home Decor. I purchased a piece of furniture that didn't fit my space. I contacted the online retailer within the hour of it being delivered. I was given every reason why a return was unreasonable including "it'll get damaged in shipping" and "it'll sit in my warehouse". Mister Stone's only recourse to me was to sell it on Facebook Marketplace.

This is not a high end retailer that stands behind its products. It's a small shop with nothing but excuses.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with our service. Our return policy is very straight forward concerning returning an item you simply don't like or for any reason other than damaged or defective. You are welcome to return it at your expense which also includes the cost of our original shipping charges to you. This is a fairly simple policy which is very standard across many internet furniture retailers.

While I did say those things above, they are taken out of context from the complete conversation where I was explaining why the cost to return it is so high.

And yes, we are a small business, and a family business, there is no shame in that; thank you for your attempt to belittle our hard work over the past 20+ years.

Beware: Photos are Misrepresentation if Product

Customer service is responsive but produces little outcome. I bought a bed from this company but the one I received looks very little like the picture published. Their answer was to repack the entire bed and send it back rather than to pick it up and replace or refund. Of course, during COVID, furniture is dropped off rather than assembled. By the time I received help to bring it in from the garage and assemble it, the stark realization is that the furniture pictured is a misrepresentation of what is received
