Horrible company! I had the CBD dog chews that I purchased out of state previously and thought I’d try them again. Big mistake! There is NO response from this “so called” company. A phone call leads to having you text a number with no response. The Chat, no one’s there to respond. The hours are different from what they post on their website vs the recorded message when you call. Money was taken immediately and I’m sure I will NEVER see the product.
DO NOT USE!

It took two months to get my product. They pulled payment day of. They never responded to my emails asking about where my order was. Worst company, stay away from them.

Dynamic Pure has been a great company to work with. They initially had some fulfillment issues but none the less, I have always been satisfied with their services

it has been three weeks and my product still hasn't shipped i have reached out to customer support a couple times and have not heard back from them i would not recommend this company at all this has been frustrating

Have not received the product I ordered. Have not received any response from 10 separate 'chat' attempts. The phone number listed is not answered in three separate calls. I feel this web site is a scam.

I ordered and tried to contact. It is a fake company. They use a fake number and a fake address.

I placed an order on January 20, 2026. The order has never been shipped and remains in “processing” status, with no tracking information provided.

These people suck one of my worst ever experience with an online order and I’ve still not gotten a product or a refund.
They do not answer emails and if you try the phone number they have it’s an out of service Texas mobile phone yet they say they’re in California. They have a chat bot that is absolutely worthless and anyone that deals with this company just count on losing your money.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!! I have sent many inquiries via the online portal, email and have tried to call them to get a status on my order. This company does not respond to any form of communication. I've tried every avenue that they publish and none of them work. I even tried to cancel my order and got no response. They are fast to take your payment and then you never hear from them again and never see your order.

They did acknowledge my order and charged my credit card. But there was no information as to when my order would be delivered. When I tried to contact them, there was no response. I called a phone number that was on their website, and a recorded message came on that said to send an IM to their phone number. Guess what- no responses to 2 IMs. This company is a big, fat scam.

Charges of 99$ to my cc, order never recieved. No response from this b.s. scammer!

Order placed in October and status says still processing.

My order was never delivered.

When I filled in may shipping net complete, the place order suddenly jump into the volume I am filling so that my shippingadress is half new half old and my product may deliver late.

My previous order took about a month to arrive (CBD gummies and sparkling water),despite messaging them. I was eventually told that there was a sourcing issue. I thought OK, I get it, so when I was ready to reorder, I thought I’d give another try. Again, it’s been nearly a month, and no communication either confirming the order or advising about an expected delivery date, despite my having sent multiple messages.
These products are quite expensive, and I would like to know that they are on the way. I will be looking for another source.

I am still waiting for my order that I placed on October 11th to arrive. I am not sure what the hold up is. Great products but long delivery time.

I never received my order. The order was placed in October. No communication. I inquired about my order and received an automatic response. Now the order says it has shipped, but there is no tracking.
