More like NO SIGNAL

Was referred their product for my business so watched their promo video online. Requested a demo. Heard nothing. Requested again. Heard nothing. Got two other colleagues to request demo’s. Again, Silence. Tried to contact them via Twitter. Nada. Reached out to their EMEA VP of sales via LinkedIn . No reply. Then finally their CEO. Still no reply. For an online communication platform, they sure know how to NOT communicate with potential customers.
