Excellent Customer Service & Staff
I contacted their Macgregor store to see if I could trial a model of exercise bike before I bought it and the guy on the phone was really helpful saying they had not had one set up just yet but would in the next week, I called in a week later and spoke with the same staff member and he helped answer all my questions regarding the equipment and allowed me the space to trial before buying. I look forward to going back and purchasing more from Dynamo Fitness

Great service
Went in to the Preston store looking for an exercise bike for home. Originally looking at a wind bike but after trying out and having some discussions with the staff on what I wanted to achieve ended up with a lovely spin bike based on their advice. Took me through all the features and discussed it against other options I was looking at. Took it then and there. Great service and when I had a follow up question with the bike they raised the issue with the supplier straight away on my behalf and it was resolved that day.
