Reliable partner for international payments.

Constant spam from this company — very unprofessional. Fees were unreasonably high on top of everything else. Avoid them.

We have been client of Multipass for 18 months during which we paid over 1800 EUR in fees. The main reason to open account with them was to accept payments from outside of Europe which were perceived more risky than EU markets.

Few weeks ago we signed up a client from Uzbekistan (one of the biggest companies there, a mobile operators). We asked Multipass whether they will accept a payment from them. They confirmed in writing that they can accept a payment. We proceeded with procurement and customer wired the money (5 figures)

All the correspondent banks including the receiving bank that Multipass uses - Raiffeisen bank has accepted the payment. Unfortunately, Multipass changed their mind and rejected the payment. They gave a made up reason that it's due to the sanctions. Yet there are not sanctions on Uzbekistan or the client, and all correspondence banks accepted the payment, including one based in EU.

As you can see the Multipass is claiming something which is not. They will not process unusual payments, they will reject them.. Funny enough even other neo banks like Wise are accepting those payments, and they don't charge crazy fees like Multipass.
