Advice to everyone never do insurance…

Advice to everyone never do insurance with this company and ING Bank. world worst insurance company. and unbelievable ING work with them. i never ever have insurance with them again. once i submit clam for repair they took one month just for coming to pick up device. now i lost my device and i submit clam with them and its been 15 days, they haven't contact me yet. i contacted them and they said, they don't find this clam number in them system.
really bad service they took money every month and them service are ridicules.

Delayed by 14 days

Document was delayed by 14 days just because of this unorganized, unproffesional service. On the call, we asked for an update and they asked our address to verify, they said they are checking and after 5 minutes waiting.. they hang up. How rude?
No customer friendly, no basic ethics whatsoever when we recall, no explanation, like a bunch of people with IQ of -20 working there. They can not even able to give proper update of the documents.

I wish they go bankrupt, they don't deserve any work.

It's a nightmare

It's a nightmare. I don't understand how the Antwerpen city works with them. Three times that they canceled the delivery of my driving license. The last time I was sitting next to the window all afternoon waiting for them and they canceled because "nobody was home". Such a lie!

Absolutely low level service

Absolutely low level service. The only nice part is sending notification and tracking history, but contents is a disaster! 2 persons Arrived in Brussels airport on Sunday evenning and didn't recieve their luggage. Ok, can happen. They filled in necessary forms and were expecting their luggage next day. Next day they received notification that the luggage would be delivered at certain moment in the evening. They were waiting at the door. Noboady showed up and they received message that driver found the door closed and nobody around. not true. They didn't call. Next day adjusted info, added 2 foreign phone numbers and one Belgian. Requested to contact upon delivery - same story, nobody shoed up, nobody called, message that they have been there but nobody was home. Next day called call center, send message with detailed address map, obtained confirmation that the driver would call on Belgian number. Wednesday, same story - nobody showed up. And now apparently the maximum number of delivery attempts is reached. this is UN-BE-LIE-VA-BLE!

Shocking

Shocking, just shocking.
KLM seem to use these people for lost baggage.
They have tried twice to deliver, the first time I think the driver just didnt bother, I sat for 5 hours on a Friday night and no-one came although apparently he did.
The second time after begging them to call me before they delivered on a Sat. morning, they did.
I told them to let the driver know I was at a shop, I would be therein 10 minutes.
I made it in 8.
He had already left. Asking to get the driver to come back got a response of sorry... you will get it on Monday. Its Saturday today, guess no meds for me till then.

KLM or your baggage handlers, I hope you read this when appointing courier. They are poor..

They force cancellation of the insurance if you claim “too much”

The service has both positive and negative sides, although the average I’d still set to 2*.
Positive:
- clear process
- quick response to claims and quick decision on repairs and/or replacement
Negative:
- Delivery sucks. In my case the driver just parked his car near my house and after few minutes sitting in the car he just drove away and marked that nobody was at home. I couldn’t believe my eyes, called customer service and the only thing they could do is simply reschedule to another day. Hey, I took a day off to be at home!!
- No response to complaints. I raised a complain about the case above - no response. Ever. Since like 3 months.
- They cancel the insurance if you make use of multiple claims. In 2 years I had 3 incidents with my phone and right after the 3rd one they canceled my insurance, still forcing me to pay for another 2 months.
