Paul arrived at my house with 30 minutes at around 9.30pm. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Paul did an amazing job and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. 10/10!

I had a great experience with Dyno Locks when I called them they were very efficient and had an engineer out very quickly. I met Ronan at the property and he was excellent and solved the problem quickly but took care and was very conscientious and brilliant at what he does. I would only use them again due to my positive experience.

Ronan called out to fit a new lock for me. Very friendly guy and great service.

Many thanks to Bobby, who was very professional and went above and beyond today when repairing an existing lock and fitting a new one.

Oh gosh.... so grateful to Ronan for getting me into my house tonight after the lock jammed. He was incredibly helpful, managed to get me into the house, then he took the lock apart, cleaned it, identified what had caused the problem in the first place (the displacement of the receiving plate after having the door refurbished a few months ago) He then moved the plate and made sure the old lock was working perfectly, which meant that I didn't have to go to the expense of buying a whole new lock. Fantastic service.

Ronan was here today to help us, and thankfully he was able to open our house door as fast as he could. The service was great and fast, price was fair. Recommend Dyno Locks 100%

Replaced Key within Hour of first call

I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of the service I received, last night and this afternoon.
I lost my spare car key in Dublin city centre while parked in a multi-story car park. My car is an older French car with an idiosyncratic immobiliser - and my original key was in work 40km away where I had brought it with a view to getting it repaired.
I rang Dyno, spoke to an operator who forwarded my details to Ramos. Within minutes, Ramos WhatsApp-ed me a few questions to diagnose the situation.

Ramos arrived approximately 15 minutes later, gained access to the vehicle and plugged in a computer interface and spent about 30 minutes trying to deactivate the immobiliser.
Unfortunately my car is so old that the correct software was not available online, meaning that he could not make me a working key there and then because the job required removing the glove compartment and dashboard to access a junction box for removal and he did not have the appropriate tools in the van.
He refused any payment and told me that he would be available at midday tomorrow with the correct tools, or if I could get him the broken key he could fix that.
I had the car towed home by breakdown assistance and retrieved the broken key the following morning.
Ramos came at midday, repaired my broken key and cloned me a new spare key.
The total charge for this excellent service was €100.
I can sincerely recommend Dyno Locks' service. It's never fun losing car keys but it was made a lot less stressful by the courtesy and professionalism of Ramos.
