Terrible diaper service execution with well intentioned mission
They took over our regional diaper compostable service and honestly they’ve been terrible. Once they sent 5 months of diapers instead of 1 and blamed the customer. You can’t return even unopened diapers. The subscription is every month. It’s expensive and they have terrible support options. No phone, just text, and email and it seems to be one person. Their philosophy seems to be the customer is always wrong. I try to make the environmental friendly choice but I’m going to go back to a regional option (Tiny Tots for SF Bay Area). So sad they ruined Earth Baby. Also the diapers and service is about x4 more expensive than you’d pay at Costco / Walmart and the like but the premium was worth it for the better environmental impact…but getting treated terribly was not!
