The trainer cancelled the training last minute several times, two hours before the starting time, without a replacement. There was a bad tone used throughout the training which was not encouraging or helpful. For example, the trainer said ”she probably doesn’t even know her name” to my partner who was attending. When attending the first training the trainer also said we were at the wrong course and did not properly include us (despite having a confirmation from the administration). After reaching out to the company for getting compensation/refunded, they said that the negative experience was our fault, that we didn’t follow the instructions and that the problem was that we had fed our puppy prior to the training session (which was not true). They did offer a new training date but when confirming it with them the day before they said we were not on the course and they changed the date (again), to 20 days after the initially confirmed date. I would not recommend anyone using this company, they are not serious, lack professionalism and not friendly towards their customers.
