Purchase of microphones
Recently ordered two USB microphones, but only one was delivered - an easy mistake to make. I got back in touch with them and it was quickly resolved. You can tell a good company by how they react when something goes wrong - in this case it was excellent.

Having purchased Irispen 7 on the 25.11.2015, i still do not have it working !
my Mac was taken in for repair however only part of the job was carried out and i am still left with a ridiculously slow Mac and without the use of an expensive gadget I purchases to use with the essay I submitted yesterday.
I am real not best pleased.

Happy with initial purchase.
I purchased the LWB 1216 Children's Dictionary & Spellchecker.
I had no problems getting it ordered and delivered and was very happy when my item arrived. I thought it would be perfect for my son to help him both in the classroom and at home.
Unfortunately my sons fine motor skills are quite delayed which means he can be very clumsy, this item broke within a week of having it- one drop and the text screen was cracked and black and the lid also broke off.
This item would have scored more highly of it came with some sort of protective case.
The item was fantastic while it worked so I would recommend it to careful users.
