Arrived 3 weeks late, customer support not helpful, product fine as usual - though more plastic than I remember (V10).
It was really difficult to get in contact with Dyson, except by telephone.
Dyson is not global or even European oriented, there is no cooperation between Dyson in the different countries. I wanted to order a Fan for research purposes at the University in Switzerland, which was extremely difficult. The type of Fan we needed was only available in Germany and the product could not be shipped to Switzerland or any Dyson retail store within Germany near to the border of Switzerland. This makes it very customer unfriendly and complicates ordering items from Dyson online.
I tried to book a service for my vacuum cleaner today. I had to write my issue 10 times -no exaggeration- to 5-6 different agents. It is either their system or work ethic that is 100% corrupted. I am sorry on behalf of the company that makes the best household devices of the century that they have to carry the shame of the worst customer service ever.
I had very bad experience with this seller. I ordered the item on 28.11.2025 and still haven't received my package. Luckily for me I made the order through Klarna so i had the chance to report the problem and stop the payment. In the meantime I bought a vacuum cleaner from somewhere else and I am happy with my purchase. Don't recommend Dyson.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service that I have received this past month.
I reached out to your team requesting assistance as my Dyson was not working. Explicitly stating that it was a US machine and was told that it can be repaired. Was given a shipping label on November 11th and it was received by the repair team on November 13th.
My machine was received the 13th of November, and almost a month later, with extreme lack of communication from your team, I received an email December 9th saying it’s being returned to me. Customer service said that it was repaired under warranty. Then a few moments later I was told it wasn’t and being sent back No repair. Since it’s a US machine.
I made that clear from the beginning and was told I could get help.
I’m not even sure what the courses of action is but I am extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received for a less than a year old $500 machine.
I hope this doesn’t occur again in the future
Delivery was very bad, no prompt follow up from customer care side, I had to call them 5-6 times to just get the product delivered.

I order my vacuum Dyson 30.11
And today is 21.12 and i still don't have my vacuum, first one week till Dyson send my vacuum (but Okey it was purchased at black Friday I understand) but UPS delivery, this is my first and WORST! experience with this company, because I still don't have my goods.
I was calling with them a lot hours, normal customer service don't help at all, and their supervisor only telling he will updating me but of course, there was no update from them, driver don't know how to use phone so he can't call me, so I am not available receive my package.
Now I am still waiting for my package and when I finally receive it (may by after new year..) I will write them very long review what they are not able to do.
Please don't use UPS company.
