I order my vacuum Dyson 30.11
And today is 21.12 and i still don't have my vacuum, first one week till Dyson send my vacuum (but Okey it was purchased at black Friday I understand) but UPS delivery, this is my first and WORST! experience with this company, because I still don't have my goods.
I was calling with them a lot hours, normal customer service don't help at all, and their supervisor only telling he will updating me but of course, there was no update from them, driver don't know how to use phone so he can't call me, so I am not available receive my package.
Now I am still waiting for my package and when I finally receive it (may by after new year..) I will write them very long review what they are not able to do.
Please don't use UPS company.

purchased my Airwrap 10 months ago. After only 6 months, one of the brushes started to deteriorate and became unusable. Since then, I have been waiting for the replacement part to be back in stock so it could be sent to me.
Today I asked again for the replacement, and I was told they could only send it in a different color. Considering that I was barely able to use my Airwrap properly for just 4 months, I accepted that option. However, I was then informed that the part is no longer available in any color.
This is a product that is still being sold, so I genuinely do not understand how the company does not take responsibility for replacing defective parts.
The products themselves are great, but if something fails or breaks, it feels like you might as well throw the whole device away because the warranty is never properly honored.

Insufficient battery capacity otherwise fine
The battery does not allow sufficient time to clean my 60m2 flat at once but otherwise it works fine.

It is a great purchase
It is a great purchase. Very light and handy. I didn't think I will like the light indicator, but I love it. It shows all the dust on the floor. I use it in auto mode and it gives around 40-45mins of cleaning, which is enough to clean the floor and couch in a one bedroom apartment.

The customer support is pathetic
The customer support is pathetic. I have not received my parcel it’s been a month.
Contact customer service 5 times, they were not at all supportive.
I requested the money back , still no confirmation and update regarding that.
Really disappointing for such an expensive product.
