I ordered a v15 on 22 April

I ordered a v15 on 22 April , paid through PayPal and was told delivery within 24/72 hours. 6 days later And still no delivery I was told by Dyson that it was with the transport company and would be delivered on Monday. I pointed out that Monday was a holiday and was told OK definitely Tuesday. By Thursday still no delivery. I contacted Dyson again and then received an email telling me that due to COVID they had no stock and would send one when they could. I said that I had been told my order was with a transport company. No they had no stock. Then I received a message saying the transport company was returning it as the address was wrong . 4 May still nothing I asked for a refund and cancelled my order, 22 May Dyson debit my PayPal account again. 31 May PayPal advise that I have a refund. Don’t waste your time with Dyson go elsewhere .

Two deliveries, both disasters & Dos entregas disastres

In February I ordered a Dyson V15 cordless hoover, they use Transasher delivery service. The driver called me in Jijona, I explained he would have to drive to the castle parking area and I would meet him, as he couldnt park near my house. He refused to drive up to the castle saying he has a large van, I explained bus trips go up there, he refused. I spent 2 hours running around Jijona looking for him. I rang the office twice asking why he didnt use navigation on his phone, she replied he cant do that. I have recordings of all this.
I had ordered a Dyson hairdryer in April, Transaher sent an email for delivery next day, my husband waited in all day no delivery. I rang the office of Transaher asking why ?, due to traffic, the delivery said between 24/72 hours. We had another 3 days at home waiting no delivery, same excuse traffic problems. I had an online chat with Dyson explaining both deliveries, asking why they keep such an unreliable transport company, reviews are bad too. After much complaining I eventually got my hairdryer after 1 week of promised deliveries. I cant understand how a name like Dyson associates itself with an unreliable delivery service ? I imagine it is the lowest cost and they dont care about customer service. I can provide all chats regarding the 2nd delivery of the hairdryer. It is a pity I had to rate with 1 star, zero would have been better.

Muy bien!

Really happy with my Dyson Airwrap even though it's a long process learning how to use it properly.
The client assistance on Twitter, (Dyson's Page) are there for any questions or any queries you might have, they answer really quickly and are very nice and helpful.
The same can't be said for Dyson on WhatsApp.....they'll answer you in 7 days or.....not at all. For any doubts you have I'd recommend Twitter.

Estoy contenta con mi Dyson Airwrap aunque es un proceso largo para aprender como usarlo.
Los chicos de Twitter (Pagina Dyson) están ahí para cual q cosa y son súper rápidos en contestar los mensajes y son muy amables . No puedo decir lo mismo de los chicos de WhatsApp……….te contestan en 7 días o….no contestan. Si tienes una duda es mejor los chicos de Twitter.

Terrible service

Terrible service. One attempt to deliver the product and then the courier company returned the product to Dyson who cancelled the order even though both had all the contact details to communicate the delivery.

Purchase cancelled but not refunded.

Best investment I ever made

Best investment I ever made, I have been conscious due to mixed ratings online. However, I decided to go ahead with my purchase with the idea that I have 30 days to return the airwrap if I am not happy. And no way I give this machine away. I am really not sure why people are unhappy but I guess they did not spend time to educate themselves how to use the machine plus regardless what you use you will need styling products to keep the form. The hairdresser does the same,
Summary I have never looked so stunning on pictures, my hair has finally a shape and form and I could not be more happy. While failing previous attempts to style myself due to missing practice and talent this machine enabled me to look like that I just have been at the hairdresser.

Probably the worst online service I…

Probably the worst online service I have ever experienced. Didn't receive any confirmation emails etc. contacted about 5 times before Dyson could 'locate' the order. Then the delivery company made no attempt to deliver and returned the order to the warehouse. This was apparently my fault, as they claim they didn't have a telephone number. Was told the only thing I could do was place another order.

When I placed another order, of course it was impossible to place an order without adding a telephone number, so they did actually have my number the entire time. Dyson then charged me for both orders totalling 800€, I am still waiting for a refund more than 6 weeks after the original order.

A total joke, completely incompetent from start to finish. Also, totally indifferent to the inconvenience they caused me having to waste hours contacting them and be charged twice. Horrendous, if I could leave zero stars I would do.

Excellent machine

Excellent machine. Very practical in use. No cleaning bags. You just empty the container. You clean quicker and easier than a conventional vacuum cleaner. Life becomes simpler with this machine. Very good buy. Only missing a tool bag.
