Unfortunately, a complete disappointment. It feels like this isn’t Dyson, but some unclear company with no proper processes in place…
I strongly do not recommend it, as you may lose both time and money.

I bought a BRAND NEW Dyson from the…
I bought a BRAND NEW Dyson from the official Dyson store, expecting top quality and service.
As soon as I got home, I discovered it wouldn’t charge and didn’t work at all.
From an official store, I expected an immediate replacement with a new unit, not excuses.
Instead, I was forced to open a case with the technical service and wait about a week for them to repair it and send it back.
It is unacceptable that a brand-new product needs to go through repair before even being used, and even worse that the customer is not offered a direct replacement.
I chose Dyson because of its reputation for reliability, but this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
Money spent, no product to use, wasted time, and a very angry customer.
If this is Dyson’s idea of “premium service,” I will seriously reconsider buying Dyson in the future.
