I repeat do not buy anything from eBay. They claim you have buyer protection but only if you check the right box for the reason for the return. So I have to eat $150.00. Never again will I purchase anything from them. I’ve been with EBay for 8 years and you would think that would matter. Ordered a pair of 2 slippers size10 my normal size but the slippers came from Portugal and they are a size 8 not a 10. Just stay away from EBay to many scammers

Shambles waste of time not even worth 1 star. I brought a Moncler jacket on E Bay which was slightly to small. I tried to sell the same jacket on E Bay which got flagged as a possible counterfeit, even after sending legitimate proof. Well I put the same jacket on Depop which sold within 2 days no problem and customer service is excellent. The customer relations team are stuck behind protocol and may as well not be employed.

After so called autentification” they stold my shoes - they never been sand to me. And via negotiations they refused to buy me another same pair for the real market price! Shame on E-Bay “autentificator” stuff, who is just hooking you up with the fake sights from “Canada” and “will ship for authenticity a $780 dollar shoes, which seem to be not true, after that put you in a waiting list when they “authenticate “ ther own piece of sheet* sent by their mamas from some address in Canada and meet them in E-Bay facility, at list put the further sending to you on hold forever! No ITEM NO MONEY! No problem for those bas””tards! TheThis is how they hide their pig tracks when they themselves invent fraudulent stores and then defraud the gullible of money by promising to deliver goods that they never had in stock!

I tried to buy a mobile phone on eBay trusting in the widely advertised guarantee by eBay about delivery and product problems. Unfortunately after a month I have not received the mobile phone and eBay customer care tells me that the package results as delivered but they did not provide me with any proof of the signature of the delivery and they refused to refund me the money spent so I suffered a theft of about € 80. Beware of shipments because sellers on eBay often choose very cheap couriers that do not deliver and eBay says not to be responsible for non-delivery of the package even if they advertise otherwise.
