I Actually spent over $200 in my 1st purchase of a GI went back and purchased another $120,00 for some more items. Product arrived product was not as described so I asked for it to be returned they issued me an RMA # and told me I had to pay for the return and I would be issued a refund. I paid $28 to return the product to find out they issued a refund minus $10 for shipping poor customer service never again. HShame on you E Bogu!

on passing of my sensei i ordered a white hakama, extended himu, size 27. it arrived fast, how ever one pleat was incorrectly ironed, and the lithe "spoon" or hera used to tug behind your obi for the back of the hakama not falling down came of during the second practice, I am a kyoshi nana dan, this was during a rather ceremonial memorial practice of eishin ryu iaido. on close inspection it appeared the hera /spoon part was hardly sewn in at all. it did take 4 days to reach the company and then the responsible person was not available, phone number on the invoice does lead to unusable phone number...
update to the above on august 16th - after contacting them ebogu has refunded my money, without asking for the product back (i could have send it get it repaired and send back to me at their cost to) instead i have opted for a refund and ordered the same hakama again, - from a bad to a good experience thanks to their costumer service!

I was a E Bogu customer since years. Mid-range products but good enough for everyday practice. Now they lost me as customer forever. My kendoji riped off after just 8-9 sessions of practice, a paper towel arranged garment would had resisted better.
