My query was understood and adequate answers provided clearly. Clear guidance was provided.
At one point I was transferred to another department but all advisers were busy. Adviser called back later and provided clear information.

I had a really positive experience with customer service. The lady advisor was very friendly, polite, and professional throughout our conversation. She was extremely helpful and took the time to listen.
What I appreciated the most was how willing she was to help and find a solution.
It's rare to receive such helpful and caring customer service these days, so Thank You :)

I’m a new student and initially felt quite confused. I wasn’t sure how to navigate the AAT website or use the eCareers platform. However, Piyush Chowdhari, the customer executive, was incredibly helpful. He patiently introduced me to every section and guided me through each step. Thanks to his support, I now understand everything much better. Highly recommended!

I have worked in the motor industry for the past decade and have customer service experience honed over the last fifteen years. I have worked from entry-level administration to claims handler for first and third party claims as well as recoveries and motor warranty packages. I have also assisted in coordinating specific tailored transport for coaches and buses ranging from well-known organisations to private individuals.
Currently I am trying to find a suitable role that allows me flexibility for my current caring needs
I was inspired by a HR person at a previous job. She was helping to develop not only current managers, but also those that had the potential to become one. I was amongst the latter. It made me want to become part of that world, to be able to support and inspire others inside the business rather than outside of it now. That's where I want my focus to be, where I now want to give my service
Out of all the courses I was looking at, this one was the only one that had the work experience aspect. I can be quite a jaded individual. I know that qualifications alone won't get me far, sometimes not even a foot or toe in the door. I wanted that work experience to give me the best opportunity I could have in starting on this path because it is what I want to do
There are a lot of parts of HR that I have experienced and don't necessarily want to be a part of. I don't want to be part of the employment law side for one. My goal is purely learning and development and wellbeing. However, it is necessary to know a little bit of everything - like with school, you start with a broad curriculum and then specialise. You can't get far without a good foundation. So it's really helped widen the narrow lens I was looking through. I still have the specialisation I want to aim for, but I can also appreciate how everything concerts and connects together
To be honest, I cannot fault e-Careers' customer support and tutor. I already had fifteen months to complete my course, however, life does things you can't prepare for. The kindness and support shown during such trying times, to try and get past the final hurdle for my course while I juggle with things I now need to do that I've never had to do before to look after another, it did sincerely move me to tears. A lot of the time, it's easier to just keep on keeping on so I don't have to think about too much, but the patience and kindness that has been shown to me during a very difficult time has been absolutely essential. Thank you, Jibok . I didn't think it was possible to be honest, it's a business at the end of the day, but it is also more than that. I can honestly believe that they care about those that do join them, far more than just another person to get in and out the door once the qualification is done and dusted. My tutor, Lizanne, especially with some issues I had at the start, has been one of the most patient people I know. So, thank you, for making my experience and journey with e-careers far better than I could have hoped for, a little ray of sunshine helping keep me together.
It's actually really quite easy to manage and navigate. Everything is clearly laid out and there are helpful videos to assist for virtually everything. The emails too, letting you know when your Tutor Query has been answered is brilliant, and also for those nerve-wracking times when you're awaiting the result of an assessment submission!
Absolutely. I think the experience bit more than says enough with how much I positively would and, to anyone who does choose e-Careers, just a little something from me to you that I've learnt; if you are struggling, reach out. You won't be disappointed by doing that leap of faith.

E- Careers have been amazing throughout my whole enrolling experience from the very first chat I had with Karl to my most recent call with Piyush.
Both have been so supportive and helpful. This is all new to me and even the most simplest of queries have been answered so quickly.
Piyush Chaudhary, was so supportive when I had my payment code for my membership and I didn't know what I needed to do with it. He guided me through step by step on how to complete this.
Karl Sandhu, was so kind and helpful when I enquired for more information on the courses E-careers have to offer after I joined the webinar. He was super helpful and even advised what the best plan of action was for me as accounting is new.
I couldn't have asked for any more support and guidance and I look forward to starting my journey with E-careers.

I am reposting this review after previously removing my original review during discussions with e-Careers, as I believe it is important to honestly share my experience.
I initially contacted e-Careers within the 14-day cooling-off period to cancel my CIPD course due to unexpected personal circumstances. Despite this, I struggled to get clear and professional support from multiple members of staff, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion.
I spoke with four different colleagues on 7 May 2026, and unfortunately none of them were particularly helpful in explaining my cancellation rights or resolving the issue properly.
I also remain concerned about the sales process. During the initial call, I was encouraged to redeem a voucher code almost immediately, without clearly being informed that doing so could affect my ability to cancel within the cooling-off period. Looking back, this process did not feel transparent.
Although e-Careers eventually responded, I felt pressured to remove my earlier Trustpilot review before the matter was fully resolved, which left me feeling uncomfortable and manipulated rather than genuinely supported as a customer.
What ultimately resolved the situation was me contacting the finance/loan company directly myself. The loan provider was the party that assisted with cancelling the finance agreement. Had I not taken that step independently, I believe the situation could have become much more difficult financially and emotionally.
I appreciate that progress was eventually made, but overall the experience did not reflect the level of professionalism, transparency, or customer care I expected from a training provider.

I found Piyush to be helpful, I spoke to another member of the support team earlier in the week which was not able to process my request.
