I was surprised and disappointed that the sprayer did not fit my standard US garden hose, but I was delighted that the company refunded all but $4 of my $80 purchase price and said I could keep the device! Now I’m trying to find an adapter and hoping for the best. I am very pleased with their customer service.

This product is completely useless. It is not a pressure washer merely a spray attachment for a garden hose. It could not possibly remove engrained dirt from a patio stone floor as advertised. There are only negative comments on line about this product. I looked up the company that invoiced me, E-com 7 limited and can see that the company was struck off at Companies House on 31st March 2026. They are therefore trading illegally.

Product is not as expected. Very difficult to navigate, unable to do set up. I’ve downloaded the apps, but it’s not showing all the data as stated in the apps.

I purchased 2 units and now am regretting it. How do I return and get refund?

Why would you ship a product with OUT the charging cord???

This company needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau for an investigation and review.
You took almost $80.00 from my bank account for a product I can NOT use, because you did NOT include all the equipment to make it work.

I got the package earlier than I expected. But I didn't get an adapter that will allow me to connect the sprayer to a garden hose. So right now the pressure washer is totally useless to me.

I just received my delivery of three Ultrasonic Pest Repeller only to discover they do not comply with Australian power points. YES WE LIVE IN AUSTRALIA The order was place from Australia and I find it wrong your items are wrongly advertised and wrongly marked. NOT HAPPY Glenn davis

Hose and parts totaled $109.00. It was very cheaply made and did not meet expectations. The guarantee said I could return it. It was unused, so I followed the instructions. It would have cost me $119 to get it back to them in Hong Kong, and I checked different carriers. They had to know that no one in their right mind would pay more to send it back than the items cost in the first place.

The item was absolute junk and not at all like the flashy youtube video. They make returning expensive and unacceptable--all part of the scam. Run! This company is a total fraud! Trustpilot has now asked for more information to show I am real. Ecom7 is denying emails from me and I have several including long strings from my Paypal dispute. I have no way to contact Ecom7 or Trustpilot to give them the information. I feel stuck from both.

The product was delivered satisfactorily in a reasonable time. The jet washer is a disappointment, it is not much better than my watering lance which cost considerably less and not as good as my compressor powered pressure washer. I will use it away from home when the compressor is obviously not available. It would be reasonable value at about £20 or maybe £25.. I have since found the same product at a fraction of the price I paid my fault for not doing the research, (buyer beware always applies) however the Companies performance claims are misleading

Very disappointed. I expected a far more powerful jet of water, akin to a powered pressure washer, as advertised. The product i received although better than a normal hose is not capable of removing in the way advertised. I also purchased the additional fitments which in my case were entirely unecessary. I feel that this product has been very over hyped and misrepresented.

I bought the High Pressure water gun for £62. It arrived OK but it is truly awful. It is flimsily made and is nothing but a standard hose spray gun. There is nothing to make it higher pressure than any other hose attachment and it is certainly not comparable to a pressure washer, despite the claims of the ad. I should have known better! Kicking myself!

The product does NOT do what the ads show. It is NOT more powerful than my old garden hose. If you read most of the 5 star reviews they talk about delivery and how it looks, most hadn't yet used it! Most of the one star reviews (like me) actually tried it. This is probably because their email asking for a review states it is " provide feedback on the shipping experience" but they include the review as a general one. Poor product and a shady practice

AVOID THIS ITEM!!!

There’s more pressure within A babies piss then there is in this item.
Is not worth €70 including delivery as it’s made of the same plastic that they make chocolate box trays out of :( .
I’ve seen better products coming out of a kinder egg

Ordering was simple and easy.
Delivery was better then expected faster then promised.
Product i haven't gotten a chance to use yet. Further information needed before commenting on it.

Delivery was excellent but high pressure hose gun, despite fitting my hose securely had no extra pressure and there was only 1 setting, despite the 3 outlined in the bumph. Truly disappointed and wanting a refund asap.
