We have been using this platform at Amaan Academy since the last academic year, and it has made a significant positive impact on our day-to-day operations. It has greatly reduced administrative workload and streamlined several key processes. The ability to easily embed the parent registration link into our website has been particularly valuable, creating a smooth and seamless journey from application through to enrolment for our families.

Overall, the system is extremely strong and very close to being a truly all-in-one madrasah management solution. Any further suggestions are very much “nice-to-have” enhancements rather than core gaps. If I were to offer ideas for taking the platform even further, these would include expanded functionality for inputting and generating income and expenditure reports to support more holistic financial oversight, a lightweight meeting scheduler for parent-teacher evenings, and a more dynamic exam assignment and results-tracking feature. These refinements would elevate an already excellent system to an exceptional one.

e-maktab has totally changed the way we manage information at our madrasah. From the point when parents make an application to when the child leaves the madrasah and everything in between, e-maktab has got it all covered. The user interface is intuitive and easy to learn. We have been using the system for over 6 months now and have found support to be available to answer all our queries in a very prompt manner.

Green dome academy have been using the maktab services for two years now. Great platform and services. Always on hand to resolve any issues. Highly recommend.

This platform has made attendance tracking and classroom management incredibly easy and efficient. The interface is intuitive, allowing teachers to quickly mark attendance, monitor student progress, and generate reports with just a few clicks.

The integrated direct debit system is a HUGE win for any Madrasah. Extremely convenient for admin when it comes to setting up payments and/or keeping on top of unpaid fees.

Furthermore, pretty much anything a Madrasah needs can be done from e-Maktab. Registers, admissions, email to parents, grading students and much more, all from one centralised programme which is amazing to have. It also goes in line with our attempts of going paperless, however options to print are still available if needed.

Support team are very responsive and great at the support they give, so any issues or bugs on the way are ironed out in good time.

We have been using this product for 1 year at Masjid Tawhid. It has been a game changer and helped us be more efficient and focused on teaching.

With the introduction of stripe integration I look forward to how this product will help us next year.

The support team is amazing and always on hand even at short notice.

We have been using the E-maktab system for roughly two years now and it has been an absolute blessing. Has made life much easier in regards to managing the Madrassah, monitoring student performance and attendance, storing parent and student info, sending out emails and printing off various different reports when required.

It is definitely recommended for all Madrassahs.

After speaking to brother Ahmed, I signed up to E-Maktab during the second lockdown. My aim was to make our Maktab system more efficient and accessible and adjusting it to online learning that we have now.

As I manage the day to day Maktab, using the E-Maktab system has definitely made mine and the maktab team lives a lot easier especially during these challenging times. As majority of us are working from home, we are still able to access the data, log payments, take attendances. This has enabled us to have a clean, better managed and organised data instead of having multiple excel spreadsheets. We are now able to manage this all on one platform, which is easily accessible to the authorised personnel.

One criticism I do have is that the system does not take online payments. However, brother Ahmed has promised that he is working on this feature, and will arrive soon.

But what makes this system trustworthy is the people behind E-Maktab. Brother Ahmed has been extremely supportive with the training and new features, and has always made things clear, and transparent. I highly recommend this system to every Maktab as it is revolutionary and affordable, there is nothing else on the market like this which is tailored for Maktab’s. This system has been a breath of fresh air during these difficult times.

Absolutely fabulous system, a lot of thought had gone into this system to keep maktabs up to date with the latest technology with ease in recording and retrieving information at the press of a button. It’s easy to work with and navigate around. I would highly recommend this system to everyone

The E maktab management system is a useful tool to actually manage the educational system digitally. One thing which I would suggest is that the data of a student whether it is the fee or the progress should be visualized on one tab.

We have started to use E-Maktab for the day to day running of our Madrasa.
its made the admin responsibility more easier to handle, alot of less paperwork needed. Very nice to use. We would recommend this software to all Maktabs.

As a teacher in the masjid we have been using E-Maktab for the past 1 year and the system has made our life easier as everything is accessible with a click of a button. The E-Maktab system is very well designed and user friendly and covers pretty much all of our management needs. The support has been excellent and the brother is always looking to improve the system. I highly recommend everyone to use this system.

Such a unique and brilliant idea. It is so simple to use and makes data handling etc so easy and organised all in one place - fees records , receipts, communication with parents, behavior logs, incidents etc No more worrying about losing loose pieces of paper Alhamdulillah.

Brother Ahmed is always there to support you via whatsapp and is always developing the system and making it better and better Alhamdulillah.

Overall an excellent system!

I have been looking for a madrassah school management for years. E-maktab is everything we need and more. Great starting dashboard summarises everything in the system. Parents, students, attendance, fees. Easy to use system you wont be disappointed. Entering data is simple. Clever way linking students to parent mobile number helps you manage siblings fees. Attendance bulk actions saves you so much time. Incident reporting allows you to log and issues.

Support is brilliant, Ahmed has really guided us through the implementation and training. Continuous development is also key. Recent development is print all registers by a click of one button. Useful for a firedrill.

Great part it's Web based. You can restrict the use to only class hours which is great from a data restriction point of view.

Before joining E-maktab we had a register for class attendance and an excel spreadsheet for tracking fees and organising classes. Needless to say it was very complicated and very very inefficient and time consuming. Now with E-maktab we can keep everything in one place and the new website is mobile friendly and easy to use. It is super easy to mark the register and even move children in batches from one class to another. We have even found a way to tweak the system so that we can add our staff timesheet to the system.

The customer service provided by WhatsApp and email is excellent.

My only criticism is that it is difficult sometimes to add individual students to the system. It seem that every field is mandatory and requires an input. As this mobile friendly and dynamic version of the website is still less than a year old such problems are to be expected. When this and other similar small glitches are corrected, I will give it 5 starts.

As a madrasah with over 500 student’s we always wanted a system that would make management easy. With the introduction of E-Maktab to our madrasah we have never looked back. The system has made day-to-day management so easy, and we do not have any spreadsheets! Using e-maktab has made us compliance with our Data protection requirements.
Brother Waqas is very helpful he will resolve issues as soon as he can and is constantly supporting you and improving the system, by introducing new features. He is open to new ideas for the system, he and his teamwork tirelessly in their spare time to ensure the system is available 24/7.
I would recommend e-maktab to all madrasahs it’s your one place for all your data no need for spreadsheets! Life is made so easy and the beauty is you can work from anywhere in the world! An excellent system, which has reduced our usage of paper! WORTH every penny, we pay for the system.
