Ich habe letztes Jahr im Oktober die…

Ich habe letztes Jahr im Oktober die Wallbox go-e Charger Gemini 11KW mit Zubehör dort gekauft und dann Ende November vom Fachmann anschließen lassen. Schon vor Wochen hat die Wallbox den Dienst quittiert und lädt mein Auto nicht mehr. Der selbe Fachmann hat mir leider jetzt erst bestätigen können, dass die Wallbox nur noch auf einer Phase Strom hat, ich zum Laden jedoch 3 Phasen mit Strom benötige. Im Internet steht Tag und Nacht telefonisch zu erreichen, leider seit gestern kein Erfolg. Auch die auf der Rechnung stehende Email-Adresse funktioniert nicht und ist auf der Internetseite nicht zu sehen.
Werde jetzt die bei Ihnen ersichtlichen Email-Adresse probieren.
