Out of stock honesty & workaround
My email questions about when out of stock items would be available were answered promptly and honestly. Although I wasn’t thrilled to learn that one item was back ordered indefinitely, the CS rep directed me to another vendor for SS cable which I appreciated. Ultimately I figured out a workaround for the unavailable part, placed an order with E-Rigging, and learned that it shipped the next day.

I ordered the 300’ line (7/16) to be used in my boat dinghy lifting system
The line seems great and I have installed it.
Now, less than 6 weeks later, the line is hard as a rock, hard to work with, abrasive on my hands!
A poor line quality for use in the outdoors in a salty environment, and in the sun!
