It is now October - 8 months - no refund
It is now October, 2025 and I have not received my funds from my returned items in FEBRUARY. I was not able to cancel the original order BEFORE it was shipped, even though I tried within 10 minutes of ordering it, because you have an Automated system which absolutely prevents that. So, i had to physically return it. Which I did ... BUT NO REFUND YET!!

Overall a bad experience
Item ordered was out of stock apparently (not listed as such on their website). Instead of shipping my item that was in stock, they will hold that until the other item is back in stock. In addition, they charge for shipping on an order over $200 which seems crazy already and there is no way they will expedite my shipping to make up for lost time. Overall just a bad experience.
Edit/update: The last email I have from E-Rigging is "Your Order is Pending Shipping" and says exactly what I mentioned above -- that you will hold my order until all items are in stock. I have heard nothing since that email. If my order shipped, either incomplete or complete, that's great. But I am still unaware of that happening which is a problem in itself.
