Very good prices for fantastic specimens, I have not seen similar prices in other websites except small business websites.
Paypal as a payment option, unlike many bidding sites.

As the other comment mentions, shipping can be hazardous depending on who you buy the specimen from.
The worst part I would say is that you can bid so easily, anonymously, right after opening an account. Perhaps when the specimen prices are considered too low by the seller, will he use an alternate account to bid and raise the price? No to way to prove this, so those are speculations.

Overall, for the prices and specimens, I'd say it is worth a shot.

Some sellers take 3 weeks or so to ship out the specimen and they can mark the order as complete without even adding the tracking number. Gets a bit tiring having to ask for the tracking number each time. Also very strict with their bidding policy unlike Ebay, where you can easily retract a bid.

Shipping costs can be very high depending on the seller. Charging over $20 to ship a small product less than a pound in weight is a bit crazy. I understand it costs more to ship overseas, but those prices don't make sense. Also had a seller hide how much they charged for shipping.

Wish the sellers had a way to submit videos so get a better view of the item. Sometimes the photos show only one angle of the specimen which sometimes dampens expectations once you actually have the item.
