Mounjaro pen is faulty
Mounjaro pen is faulty, rang and emailed twice, no reply or resolution offered. Sent videos and photos of the problem and am being ignored.
And now I’ve been asked to jump through hoops with another video further delaying treatment. It’s not a short video that’s been asked for and have to return at my expense.
1. Identity Verification
• Begin video by clearly showing your face
• State your full name and order number
• Keep your face visible for at least 5 seconds
2. Medication Authentication
• Show the original manufacturer's medication box we supplied
• Clearly display the batch number label on the box
• Hold the box steady for 10 seconds so batch number is fully readable
3. Pen Inspection
• Display the medication pen in question
• Show the pen's label and any identifying numbers
• Demonstrate the current medication level by showing the vial window clearly for 10 seconds (do not obstruct the view)
• Show the dose counter window
• Rotate the pen slowly to show all sides and any visible medication remaining
4. Needle Attachment
• Show a new, unused needle in its sealed packaging first
• Attach the needle to the pen following proper procedure
• Remove both outer and inner needle caps
• Demonstrate that the needle is properly secured and straight
5. Dose Preparation
• Turn the dose selector to dial exactly 1 unit
• Show the dose counter window clearly displaying "1"
• Confirm the pen has clicked into the correct position (audio should be audible)
6. Test Injection ONLY if you are completely confident the pen is not working:
• Inject into the air (never into your body)
• Press the injection button fully and hold for 10 seconds
• Keep both the needle tip and injection button visible in frame during injection
7. Post-Test Verification
• Immediately show the dose counter after the test injection
• Display the vial window to show whether medication was dispensed or not
• Show the needle tip for any visible medication

Dont use if you can't wait extended periods for refunds on non completion
Lost my inhaler so order a couple of weeks earlier then expected. Explained to them why ordering earlier.
24 hours later nothing back so had to cancel, they however take payment rather than put hold on card before confirming orders. So 24+3-5 days, means over 1 week with no inhaler.

inhaler, and we're sorry that we weren't able to help on this occasion.
However, as highlighted during our health consultation, we're unable
to provide this treatment to patients who have run out of their inhaler. This is a clinical decision made to protect patient safety, as we are not an emergency or same-day service. In situations like this, we'd always recommend contacting your GP or visiting a local pharmacy, who will be best placed to help you quickly.
Regarding your refund, we process refunds as quickly as possible on our side, however the time it takes for funds to appear in your account is dependent on your card provider and can take 3-5 working days. We're sorry if this wasn't made clear enough upfront.

I honestly cannot recommend eSurgery and Evaro enough. If you deal with social anxiety or simply despise sitting in a waiting room surrounded by sick people just to get a straightforward prescription, this service is a complete game changer.
The ordering process was incredibly smooth and stress free. I was able to get exactly what I needed without the dread of having to make a phone call or explain myself face to face to a doctor. The delivery was exceptionally fast, arriving right at my doorstep before things got worse.
I ordered Metronidazole for severe gum swelling, and it worked flawlessly, the swelling went down completely, and I was able to heal comfortably at home. This is, hands down, the best website to order from. I will absolutely be using them again!
