Terrible!!

Terrible!!! I was scammed as their website appeared as the Korean government K-ETA online website. It states that Australian passport holders requires K-ETA. After I purchased it for a group of 4, I realised it was not required. They will not facilitate refund os per their website.

Charged more than 10x of the actual…

Charged more than 10x of the actual fee! Unreasonable for the original fee of 7CAD. Google should review authenticity of this site to avoid redirection of people searching eTA online.

Unreasonable fee, data leak concerns

Got tricked and applied for travel authorization with them (first search result, unbelievable).
Paid 99 USD instead of the official government fee, which is much much lower. Received an e-mail with someone else's travel authorization. Immediately thought I got scammed, but checked my application at the government website, and they actually did complete it. Just for an incredibly unreasonable fee. So now I can't reclaim the transaction with my bank, since the service is technically provided. They also disclaim on their website that they are not affiliated with the government, guess I should have been more attentive.

Scam ... Beware!!

I just realized that I had to apply for eTA along with my work permit at the airport so in a rush to complete the application, I hastily did the search and this was the first website that came up. Regrettably, I didn't take the time to double-check its authenticity because I was determined to submit the application before the check-in counter closed.

Shortly after, I discovered the official website for eTA, but by then, it was too late. I ended up missing my flight and had to incur a fee much higher than the original cost due to falling victim to this unfortunate scam. It was truly disheartening.

Negative stars, SCAM

I will give them negative stars if I could. Submitted an application, and they quickly emailed me saying I’m not eligible to apply through them and i IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund the minute their email came through. And they would NOT refund me the full amount when they provided absolutely ZERO service, saying it’s a “cancellation fee”. A load of crap. They replied so fast initially but when I asked for a full refund - silence.

Hard lesson learnt

Similar to a previous review I unwittingly (top of google listings) used this company for a Canadian eTA.
She emailed them 45mins later to cancel advising my husband had already applied via the official site but they refused!
I tried to get them to refund the full amount but without success so then tried my CC to reverse the charge but could not help ,the official website its $7 and not $90

BEWARE!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!
Terrible company, stole our money, couldn’t get refund from our credit card, we never used what we mistakenly paid $99 x2.
They are predatory company that tricks you to order K-ETA on their site that pops up when you try to go on the real South Korean where you can buy it for $12!

Non official service

Non official service. Be careful when you Google for visa applications. They are the first to come up on search. They charge $99 for nothing. The visa costs 10 times less if you apply via official web-site. What’s more, they ask to pay $99 just for nothing and then ask to pay the official Visa application fee extra. Avoid at all costs. 100% fraud.

This company are terrible

This company are terrible. They are making money from charging $99USD for a document that costs $7 from the official site. Google search Canadian ETA and they will be the first one to appear and they look pretty official with it. If you try to get a refund they will charge you $29 so you will waste your money whatever happens. Horrid, horrid company. It shouldn't be allowed.
Please complain to google about them and please tell anyone travelling to Canada to use the official site that only charges $7. Vile people.
