I would like to sincerely thank your…

I would like to sincerely thank your support team for the assistance I received. Your help was very clear, fast, and genuinely supportive.

I have tried working with other companies that are considered more established and longer on the market, but the level of support I experienced there was not always as good.

In contrast, my experience with E8 Markets has been very positive so far, especially in terms of communication and customer support. Even though the company is still relatively new compared to others, this does not reduce its quality or potential in my opinion.

I believe that good service and support matter more than how long a company has been on the market.

Thank you again for your help.

Best regards,
Marian

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm.

My account was suddenly terminated after KYC verification, with accusations that I did not complete the verification myself. This is completely incorrect. I personally completed the entire KYC process. At the time, my brother was present in the room, but he had no involvement whatsoever in the verification.

Additionally, they claimed that my account was accessed from a device used by other traders. I am currently using a second-hand phone, and it is possible that the previous owner used this device for trading. However, this does not justify penalizing me without giving me a chance to clarify or re-verify my identity.

What is even more concerning is that I have been permanently banned not only from using their services but also blocked from their Discord community and prevented from making any new purchases. This feels extremely harsh and one-sided, especially without giving me any fair opportunity to explain or resolve the issue.

I followed all trading rules sincerely and maintained discipline on the account. Despite this, I was permanently banned without any proper reconsideration.

This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before investing time and money here, as genuine users may not get a fair chance to defend themselves.

Terrible

I am editing my review to 5 Stars. The previous was a 1 Start. However, I am exceptionally please to see that E8 Markets did everything possible to correct the situtions. Most prop firms, ghost, don't response, refuse, and ignore the customer. E8 Market has shown that a USA prop firm is not like the others. Real people , responses, and real results. I have been looking for a prop firm that has customer service when things need to adressed and resolved. You guys rock!

SCAMMERS - Do not pay out profits

Stay well from this prop firm. SCAMMERS

I bought a 500k E8 One evaluation with the maximum drawdown which is 14% @ a cost of almost 3400usd. I passed my evaluation in 4 days. After 2 days of waiting for a live simulated account I contacted them asking what is going on. They informed me the risk assessment team had contact me via email which Ofcourse did not happen. Back and forth I asked them to resend the email. It states that one sided trading is now allowed(meaning if I make a buy order on a particular market I am not allowed to make another buy order for an hour. If I make 1% loss on a buy order I am allowed to put a sell order on the same market.

I traded following their rules and made 28181 usd in 3 days also adhering to the 40% best day rule and also having my eligible withdrawal more than 50% of my allocated drawdown(drawdown was 46000usd so payout must be greater than 23000usd). The risk team said I had a breach an only agreed to pay me 20% of the 28181usd. As this was my first payout I agreed. They agreed to pay me 5636.20usd through rise. They now say riseworks is rejecting the payment. Riseworks say there is not an issue. The other payment method is Work Market. I set up a work market account and informed support. I am continuously being ignored as it’s time to pay me out.

Stay Away from this prop firm. SCAMMERS

System failures, payout issues, and account closure after unresolved platform faults

My experience with E8 Markets has been extremely concerning due to ongoing platform issues over an extended period, a lack of proper resolution, and, ultimately, losing access to my account without a fair outcome.

This is not about trading performance. It is about a service that did not function correctly over time.

Over an extended period, I experienced repeated technical problems, including dashboard not syncing correctly with MT5, delayed or incorrect balance and equity updates, and inconsistent account data across platforms. These issues were raised multiple times but continued to occur across different accounts, showing they were not isolated incidents.

There were also issues with the payout process. At a point where conditions appeared to be met on the platform, the payout option was not available when it should have been. This raised further concerns about the system's reliability and accuracy.

Throughout this period, there were ongoing execution related issues. Trades did not close at End of Day as required, stop loss functionality did not operate correctly, and positions remained open while the market was closed. This created situations where exposure continued beyond expected limits without the ability to manage or control it.

During communication with support, it was indicated that the system may have been affected or “broken” due to internal changes, including the removal of the daily pause. This is extremely concerning, as it suggests internal adjustments impacted platform behaviour. Despite this, the system continued operating in this state and the consequences were still applied.

I made repeated attempts to resolve these issues through live chat, email, and Discord over this extended period. Responses were delayed or inconsistent, and the issues were not properly resolved. At times, I was told emails were not being received, despite continuing to receive promotional emails from the same company without issue.

After a significant delay, I was informed that the issue had been resolved and was provided with another account. However, the same problems continued, including syncing issues, execution inconsistencies, and unreliable system behaviour. This confirms the underlying issue was never properly fixed.

The account was ultimately closed following a drawdown breach. However, the behaviour of the platform over this extended period indicates that this outcome was influenced by the unresolved system issues rather than normal operation.

Instead of resolving the matter, I was accused of abusing the system, my concerns were dismissed, my account was closed, and communication was restricted. This prevented any fair resolution.

There were also instances where trades were rebalanced or voided after the fact, which indicates the system was not functioning correctly in real time.

This experience raises serious concerns about platform reliability, execution accuracy, consistency of rule enforcement, and how customer issues are handled. A platform that enforces strict rules must also function correctly. Where issues persist over time without resolution, applying penalties creates an unfair outcome.

I will be uploading full supporting evidence, including screenshots, communication logs, timestamps, and video recordings, to a public web link so that everything can be independently verified. When I uploaded evidence I'll add a link here.

Passed evaluation and KYC, still denied funded account

I passed the evaluation and completed KYC, yet I was still denied a funded (100k) account. E8 told me that after reviewing the video call, they believed I had not explained my trading strategy, decision-making, and risk management in enough detail, and on that basis they suspected account management, banned me from using or purchasing accounts, and called the decision final and non-negotiable.

I have been trading for around 9 years. I may have been somewhat nervous during the call, but a subjective interview impression should not override a passed evaluation and completed KYC process. I also did not receive any refund of the fees I had paid.

For me, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a prop firm. It showed me that even after passing, a trader can still be removed after the fact based on an interview assessment. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise traders to think very carefully before choosing E8.

I want to warn others about my…

I want to warn others about my experience with E8 Markets.

After trading on their platform, my account was suddenly marked as “failed”, but the situation is far from fair or transparent.

First of all, I experienced serious technical issues. The platform (MetaTrader 5) frequently froze, making it impossible to open or close trades at critical moments. At one point, I manually tried to close my trades at around a $2,500 loss, but the system did not respond. Because of this failure, my losses increased beyond my control.

Even more concerning: trades were closed without my consent. I did not close these positions myself, yet they were closed in loss. These losses were then counted toward my daily drawdown, which directly led to my account being failed.

I have also observed that when the account is in profit, the system allows larger exposure, but then positions are suddenly closed in loss, which raises serious concerns about how trades are handled internally.

I filed a formal complaint and requested an investigation, including execution logs and system data. However, no proper investigation was conducted, and no transparent explanation was provided.

This raises serious doubts about:

The reliability of their trading infrastructure
The fairness of their risk and drawdown calculations
The integrity of trade execution

Given these issues, I consider the account failure unjustified.

I therefore demand either:

Restoration of my account, or
A full refund of the amount I paid for the account

Until this is resolved properly, I strongly advise traders to be cautious.

My experience shows that technical failures and unexplained trade closures can directly lead to account failure, without accountability or proper investigation from the company.
