Jo explained everything to us really clearly and took her time to make sure we understood. She had a lot of patience with our endless questions, which ensured we wrote our Wills exactly how we wanted to.

I had been putting off doing my will for a long time as it was something i thought would be diffuclt and quite upsetting. Myself and my partner had twins babies and i knew i had to do one, despite me not wanting to do it. I am SO glad i used E&A.
