I had a silk peel and Botox experience with Shilpa and she was a delight! Very skilful hands I barely felt anything! She cares so much for her patients and always follows up after treatment. I will be returning to her for my future treatment.

Pros:
I had a very thorough initial video consult with Dr. Anthony where he addressed all of my questions. My following in person consult with him was equally thorough. Dr. Anthony has an amazing bedside manner. He took his time with the procedure, which gave me a lot of confidence in the results. When my partner was in the waiting room for me, his team went above and beyond by offering him coffee and biscuits as well as giving him constant updates. Dr. Anthony also proactively checked up on me the day after the procedure, which was much appreciated.

Cons:
Communication has been absolutely terrible, which is a bit shocking given how much the procedure cost (7190 GBP). I recognize that part of this is due to the COVID situation, but when you pay a premium for a procedure, you expect a certain level of service.

Some examples:
• In my second consult with Dr. Anthony (on Nov 11th), he mentioned that he could tell that I was really nervous about the procedure and that he would send me the procedure preparation details by the end of that day and that he would also follow up with me on Friday Nov 20th with MLD prices (I had asked how much it would cost to get MLD from the new therapist who would be working at EA Clinic). I again had to follow up by email asking for the pre-procedure details.
• I showed up for my pre-op work and the receptionist told me that they couldn't find my name in their system. It turned out that I was supposed to go up to the 2nd floor and that my pre-op work was with Concepto Clinic. When Concepto Clinic had initially called me to set up the pre-op appointment, they never told me who they were (they only provided a street address) and no email or text confirmation was sent regarding the scheduled pre-op appointment. A lot of confusion could have been avoided if an email confirmation detailing the clinic's name and contact number was initially sent.
• Dr. Anthony said he would send me the pre-op test results, but I had to remind him and he didn't send these until the day of my procedure at 2:10 p.m.
• I was told not to drink water 2 hours prior to procedure, but was not told that a urine sample was needed for a pregnancy test and that if no sample could be given, the whole procedure would be cancelled for the day.
• I find it incredibly frustrating that I can never get through to anyone. If I call the EA Clinic number then they take down my details and tell me that someone will call me back. Sometimes someone does call me back but this is often when I am in work during meetings (this is far from an ideal system, as I then have to call again. Arranging a time to call back would be a simple solution). Other times, I do not receive a call back at all.
• There are constant duplicate emails sent to me with conflicting information and with misspellings. Again, this does not seem very professional.
• No one responded to my emergency call. The night of the procedure, my right hip area started to feel like it was on fire, but I could not get through to EA clinic even when calling the after-hours number provided to me.

Well where do I start .....
Dr Edwin was amazing throughout. So confident and so understanding. I suffer with anxiety and yet from the first time I met Dr Edwin he made me feel at ease. As far as passion goes within this Industry Dr Edwin certainly has it! I can not say under these circumstances, that he is a money orientated surgeon in the slightest as he complied with all that was concerning me, understood all my emotions and how much I needed this to mentally live a better lifestyle therefore went above and beyond and thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Surgeons like Dr Edwin are one in a billion! He truly does have the eye for detail and ensuring his patients are 110% satisfied. Following on day 1 post op I spoke with Dr Edwin whom gave me all the guidance I needed for a faster recovery process and more of a successful result to polish off the procedure. I couldn’t ask for anymore! The anethasist was so relaxed that he made me feel relaxed. And quite the comedian lol. A great trait to have when under these circumstances. And the two nurses who accompanied these gentleman was exceptional. They stayed with me from start to finish and I felt a sense of motherly comfort from them which is something else anyone would want just about to experience their first cosmetic experience. All in all I am overwhelmed I have finally had this done after years and years of contemplating the surgery. My journey to a new found life is on its way and within arms reach once my recovery process is complete.
I will repost as soon as I am 6 weeks post op which I am so eager to see the final results. One day post op looks incredible so in 6 weeks you can imagine I’m immensely excited to unveil.
Craftsmanship comes to mind with this team and I would certainly recommend them!!! Your in complete safe hands and a nurturing environment to get you where you need to be. Do not hesitate!! This team is sensational and I would certainly come back to this clinic for any other procedures I may wish to proceed with in the near future.

I had vaser liposuction at EA Clinic. Dr. Anthony explained the procedure in detail, he was patient with me and answered every question I had. On the day of the procedure I felt at ease even though it was the first time I was ever having surgery. After my surgery, Dr. Anthony checked up on me and advised me on what I can do to heal faster. Overall, I'm really happy with my results and can assure you, if you're seeing Dr. Anthony you're in good hands.

First I would like to start with how fantastic the Clinic and Dr Anthony is and I would 100% recommend using the EA Clinic.

I first started considering Liposuction around June. I was a size 10-12, I was slim everywhere except my lower and upper abdomen and flanks. Before I spoke to Dr Anthony I spoke with 3 other surgeons who all told me I needed traditional Liposuction and a tummy tuck. At 29 years old and never had any children or drastic weight loss i was so upset.

I then contacted Dr Anthony who done a video consult with me and told me he thought he could do Vaser liposuction and Renuvion which meant pretty much no scaring at all. I then went to see Dr Anthony in Clinic and he confirmed i was avery good candidate for this.
2 weeks later in was back in clinic for my procedure where i met Dr Ali (who done my sedation) and 2 lovely nurses. They all put me at ease made me laugh and was really caring when i woke up.

I was very impressed that the night of my surgery Dr Anthony called to see how I was and check everything was okay, i personally thought this was a great bedside manner. The next morning Dr Anthony came in early to change my dressings.

I have had video post op check and face to face post op checks since my surgery and i'm ecstatic results so far and I am only 3 weeks post op.

I will do another review in 6 months when I have the full results.

I recently had Vaser Lipo on my right chest, left chest, right axilla, left axilla, upper abdomen, lower abdomen and flanks. It was quite an extensive surgery. I had a video call with Dr Anthony and he reassured me about the procedure. I felt at ease.

During the subsequent follow-up call, Dr Anthony suggested I undergo Renuvion skin treatment as quite a bit of fat was to be removed. I have read a review on here which suggests Dr Anthony seems "money-orientated", I completely and utterly disagree with this statement. Even though Dr Anthony suggested I carry out Renuvion which would have increased the price, he also offered to upgrade my Vaser Lipo treatment to enhance my results free of charge (the results look phenomenal).

I received clear instructions regarding what to wear/do on the day of the procedure and felt completely relaxed by the nursing staff. I must mention here that the team at EA clinic is incredibly friendly and make you feel very special and at ease. After photos, I was sedated and the next thing I remember was sitting on the chair in the private room with a compression garment on and my clothes on ready to go home. There was no pain whatsoever. The nursing staff all commented that I was going to be very pleased with my results. Dr Anthony gave me some advice and I was chauffeured home.

I should mention here that make sure you prepare your bedding/seating arrangements at home the night before your procedure because there will be a significant amount of fluid leakage. This was perhaps the most uncomfortable bit but I assure you it gets better. I felt a bit unwell but this was expected as my body was still flushing out the anesthesia. It is crucial you adhere to the advice Dr Anthony gives as it will make your recovery less uncomfortable.

The following morning I had a video call with Dr Anthony and he guided me on how to remove the compression garment/padding. Following this I looked at myself in the mirror and wow! I am so pleased by the initial results and very excited/motivated. Dr Anthony then guided me on how to shower/change bandages.

I had my surgery on a Friday and by Sunday afternoon the fluid leakage had more or less stopped. I felt much better but was beginning to swell (this is expected!). I had another call with Dr Anthony who recommended that I start manual lymphatic drainage ASAP to speed up recovery. I purchased a machine and will carry this out twice a day to optimise results. As for the compression garment, I am required to keep this on for a few more days and then I can switch to an Under Armour compression layer. Dr Anthony further recommended that I begin exercising as this will hopefully reduce the stiffness/tenderness and boost recovery.

Overall, I am very pleased thus far. Dr Anthony and his team are professional, kind, caring and are always available. I am looking forward to the final results. I am very glad I chose the EA clinic!

Had my procedure at EA clinic and I’m half way through my recovery phase. So far I’m delighted with results although a bit bumpy here and there, dr Anthony assured me this would settle down.
The team are great. Ali is very very funny and puts you at ease, the nursing staff were lovely and reassuring and sister gill is just wonderful, warm and kind, always there when you need her
Dr Anthony is very good at what he does however he comes across very money orientated and I felt rushed, he could of been more thorough and subtle in his bed side manner.

From the moment I met Dr Anthony and his team to the morning of my vaser liposuction surgery, I always felt safe and looked after with the reassurance of knowing that Dr Anthony was the best in the business. His anaesthetist Dr Ali was absolutely hilarious and constantly made me laugh and the nurse Simona was absolutely lovely on the day and took such great care of me on my next day check up.

Such a great team, very professional yet very down to earth and genuine. They compliment each other so well with their experience and kindness towards their patients.

I came to the clinic in hope to treat an old chest keloid scar and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr Anthony has performed a keloid excision and monthly steroid injections for the keloid. He and his team have always been very professional, caring and friendly. They really make sure to provide the best and safest results, and look out for the needs and benefits of the patient. I really recommend this clinic! Thank you!
